I found out in Reddit that depending on our choices in interacting with Esme, we can either be harsh, professional or friendly with her.

And these interactions have a pretty large impact on how she interacts with us and also Dr. Thorne.

This is pretty cool. I didn't know our choices with her affected anything in the storyline because it's very subtle and I wonder if these will also have an impact on her next chapter with the whole "killing her patient" mess.
