ive been sick for the last few days, gaining weight hating life etc. starting to realize all i did was change my childhood binge eating disorder to a restrictive one and now i'm just going back and forth making no progress. when all i need to do is lose 20 more lbs. a blink compared to the 90 i've lost. but it's been a year and i've made no progress
