âI donât know, maybe itâll hold up itâs a lot more legitimate than anything his lawyer is throwing onto the table.â Casey replied in a tense voice, shaking her head slightly with pursed lips. When the girl looked surprised at her mention of the death penalty she shrugged, still looking like she was in a foul mood. âWell heâs done something terrible, something terrible should be done to him as punishment.â There was concern written all over the blondes face which only seemed to confuse Casey more, was she really being odd? Lena wasnât stupid she wouldnât say it if it wasnât something she believed but Casey knew she was being normal. âMaybe youâre unwell, if you think iâm being different, maybe youâre the one being different.â It made little sense, incredibly defensive which seemed to be her permanent state at the moment. âMaybe I should come back early.â
