How are you so skinny, do you starve yourself? Do you exercise? Do you literally only eat healthy foods? I don't understand how you stay so little?

I'm not always on my a game some times I'll have like three days where I just eat everything and anything I can and yeah I eat crappy food some times but some times eat healthy, I do lots of things out side! I swim a lot, I skate a lot and I'm pretty much always on my feet! I guess I have a pretty fast metabolism and when I can I'll fit in some exercise or a run :) xx
