I am moving...
I have previously kept my patroness' identity anonymous but now I shall reveal that her name is Maria of Austria. Upon her resignation of her post as Regent of the Low Countries, she has invited Christian and I to retire with her in Spain.
I will officially be retiring as a commissioned artist, I may do a few small works in my available time.

Just to let off a little steam here,
Does anyone else have trouble with assuring their parents that they are an adult? After having my father as my mentor it is hard for me to be certain as my own artist. He has heavily influenced me but sometimes one must go their own way... Do not worry father, I am getting my work out there!

Here is my first work as an official artist, it is very innovative if I do say so myself. I have depicted my likeliness painting my likeliness #Inception. Of course I have decked myself out in the finest of velvet because I cannot actually wear this while painting... But as far as my audience knows, I always look this good.
