hi, so the reason i’m not posting much anymore is because the world is on fucking fire.
and i genuinely do not care what anyone chooses to do in their free time, but i’m personally not interested in pretending everything is fine while there are wars, genocides, child sex trafficking rings, pedophilia, exploitation, mass displacement, political corruption, billionaires hoarding more wealth than entire countries, workers being crushed under systems that don’t care if they live or die, corporations poisoning the planet for profit, human rights being stripped away, and people treating suffering like it’s just another headline to scroll past.
speak about it. do something. act.
i am fifteen years old and i live nowhere near america, infact, i’m in the midst of the war and bombings yet i still have half a braincell to realize that you do not require anything to speak.
and yes, before anyone starts, you can absolutely focus on getting your sp, manifesting money, shifting realities, scripting your dream life, or whatever else you want AND still care about the world around you. these things are not mutually exclusive. having desires does not require ignorance.
make posts. donate if you can. educate yourself. educate others. repost videos. volunteer. organize. call things out. try to manifest change. literally ANYTHING is better than shrugging your shoulders and deciding none of it is your problem.
also i don’t give a rats ASS if speaking up “ruins your blog aesthetic.” i do not care if it’s inconvenient. i do not care if it’s less fun than talking about your desired person or your desired reality. if your excuse is that you’re too lazy, too comfortable, or simply can’t be arsed to care while people are actively suffering, realize YOU are helping maintain the exact conditions you’re refusing to acknowledge.
if that bothers you, if being asked to care about other human beings is somehow offensive, then you are more than welcome to hug that block button on my account as tightly as your heart desires.
