My new collection Curio is a combination of all the aspects of jewellery I love. I’ve always been drawn to heraldry and emblems used in military uniforms and men’s formal clothing, especially back in the 20s when men wore fob watches, cufflinks and tie pins. Reminiscing about my early career as a costume designer, I recall collecting metal cufflinks after working on several military operas and films and turning them into earrings for myself and friends to wear.
