After those Pillowfights

My OCs are tired from a pillowfight that happened on Pillowfort, so they're all taking a rest and Null will be joining them soon. Since they were the least involved in the fights, they were the one helping the most with setting up the pillowfort. I wanted to add more to the floor area of the pillowfort but ran out of steam. I'm still very happy with how it turned out, and it's such a treat seeing my OCs relaxing together!

Finally my "Andrew does Gintama cosplay" piece is here! Drawn by @gramophoneturtle !!!! This is a very warm commission piece I wanted to request from Turtle since a long time! As a fan of Turtle's artworks myself I was always fascinated by Turtle's skills with rendering clothing, and turtle did an amazing work with the rendering for the cosplay dress! Andrew is one of my lead OCs which was originally inspired quiet a bit from Ginchan, so it wouldnt be a surprise if Andrew wants to do a Gintama cosplay. I love how Andrew is looking so warm and happy, just like Ginchan would be!!! Thank you @gramophoneturtle!!!!

Pillowfight!

On Pillowfort there was a joke about Friday being Pillowfight day & being cancelled but turns out it's actually happening! Null has been attacked by Mr. Mews. Mother & Chisa went after tiny dinosaurs. Father waits patiently for his turn. It's part(?) of celebrating Pillowfort's 10th Anniversary!

Drawing wise, I didn't plan out how my OCs' poses would interact until I drew them all. So Father just kinda ended up in the middle of everything which is pretty fitting. Null got a hint of their old Composer self coming back. Mother decided a larger couch pillow would be fun to fight with. Chisa has two pillows representing Father and Null. Father's pillow is based on his jacket colours, but done in hexagon patterns cause it reminds me of hexagon cardigans that are fairly common crochet patterns. He likes to crochet, so it fits! Maybe he made this pillow…?

Reunion

I wished that your Soul would find peace When it left the world so cruelly Now that you're here I wish to hold you tightly and never let go I missed you so much!

A short comic summarizing Chisa and Father's reunion. It's been many, many years since they last saw each other, both remembering how they were forcefully parted from the other. At the time, they wished the other would be able to find peace and missed them dearly.

For VGen's monthly challenge "Wishes". Backstory details below.

Chisa remembers when Father passed. She remembers holding onto his weakening hand as the poison took his life. (What kind of poison? How did he get poisoned? That's still being decided but Chisa has nothing to do with it.)

Father remembers when Chisa's Soul was lost during this incident (NTWEWY Spoilers) which caused cracks in the planes during his afterlife time as a Reaper. He was too late to save her, only just in time to watch her fall between the cracks in the planes and into the Void. At the time, there was no way to recover Souls that fell into the Void so he thought she was lost forever. He was part of the reason why the Incident occurred in the first place, so he hasn't been able to forgive himself for being part of the cause of his daughter's Soul being lost in the first place.

About 100 years later, Null, the Composer at the time of that Incident, began researching how to restore Souls lost to the Void and was able to bring Chisa back. They brought Father to Chisa, reuniting them.

Thanks for reading! How many little hearts can you spot in the bottom area? :] Hint: There's an even number, unless I made more accidentally, which is how it started.
