"Ah, cut yourself one of the little broken pieces...?" He manages a sympathetic grimace at this - if the pot was clay or even glass, getting a cut from that could really hurt. "Some plants do sound pretty great! You wanting to get, like, flowers...?"

'Maybe! Some flowers would really make the place look beautiful. Maybe some candles?' The world was their proverbial oyster, really. She'd always had inklings of ideas as to what her future home would look like, and now that she was living in her own place (with a roommate) why not?

A scary sort of thought, but exciting still... somehow. 'Do you still remember what it was like getting picked to be captain last year? How did that happen for you?'
