Luna Draca, adopted daughter of Okoru Saki, better know as the Leader of the Foot Clan, the Shredder.

She moved to New York after years growing up there, she grew up as a maiden unlike her adopted sister Karai that were raised as a warrior. Luna still didn't have permission to leave the manor. She spends her day studying with mentors during her childhood, never have friends and still haven't as an adult.

She were also born with dragon powers but she kept them hidden for protection.

She sat at a table in her room, having some tea, looking thru the window, unaware that she might have a visit.
