I used to wonder how it was that people here could just stay shut in their rooms without wandering out for days or even weeks at a time, but now I’ve fallen victim to that same sort of isolation. It’s a bit frightening how laziness can creep right up on you. I feel as if I haven’t seen daylight in weeks. Or even people, for that matter.

I quite to lie in my room if I’m honest, people er, people get to much for me at times.

If the flight over here was any indication of my time here then this will be an interesting experience. I got stuck next to a sad baby and a frustrated mother who clearly was over this flight. I don’t know who I felt more sad for - the baby or the mother. I also got orange spilled all over me and I was wearing white which made it worse. The worst of it all? I stubbed my pinky toe heading to the bathroom.

I’m Chris and my pinky toe still hurts. It’s good to be here but let’s pray it is a lot better than that flight.
