Trying to get myself out this nail art funk. I have been feeling very uninspired lately and lacking any motivation to do my nails. I miss it all the time, but I can't seem to make myself do it. So, I did some marbling and striping tape yesterday and rather liked the result. 🙃

After quite a lot of trying, I have a design that resembles @kgrdnr 's gorgeous crocodile blobicure. My hat's off to those of you who can successfully make blobicures look good! The gold polish is Sally Hansen Color Foil in Liquid Gold.

I'm a huge fan of plaid, and Christmas plaid is a special favorite. 🎄❤️ Polishes used are OPI Christmas Gone Plaid, OPI I'm Not Really A Waitress, OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls, and Zoya Ziv.

I've never done a dotticure like this because I don't actually own dotting tools. 😅 But, I do have a short, stiff, round brush called a spotter, I thought I'd give a Christmas dotticure a go! Polishes used are OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls, OPI I'm Not Really A Waitress, OPI Christmas Gone Plaid, and Zoya Ziv. 🎄❤️

Matte snowflakes and polka dots! I couldn't decide if I wanted blue or white snowflakes, so I did both! Polishes used are Floss Gloss 95% Angel, Zoya Dream, OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls, and Zoya Ziv, as well as Essie Matte About You.

Christmas trees! It felt sooo good to paint my nails today. I'm going to try to be really good about painting my nails more often during this season. Polishes used are Zoya Trixie, OPI Christmas Gone Plaid, and KB Shimmer Kringle All The Way. #nailart

Marble and gold flecks. They managed to survive a few days at work! For the marble I used Floss Gloss Faded and of course my fave, OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls. The gold topcoat is Mod Lacquer Vault 24/18. #nail art #marble nails #gold

Decided to try mixing textures with that lovely @sveta_sanders dry marble design that's been floating around. Obviously I don't have her incredible skill, but I like the effect of the different textures.

Oh yeah, my #themedthursdayoct nails! At our house, we construct a "graveyard" filled with funny or sarcastic headstones, like this one or one with a Dallas Cowboys football helmet. It's lots of fun. I'll take a picture when we put it up.
