Me: Loki is my comfort character and he's very important to me. He's gotten me through a lot of really tough times, and whenever I'm sad I just watch a movie he's in and it always helps me feel better.

I'm not sure exactly what I wanted to achieve with this. I thought Dr. Evil would fit well with Loki (even if just a little) and this just came out xp Plus it was a good excuse to have fun with some halftone brushes.
