Hey guys It’s been a while and I’ve gained 6 pounds. I kinda stopped tracking calories but I’m eating sm eveyday so im gonna try this diet and track here :)
I ate 915 calories today becuase I’m trying to boost my metabolism but felt so guilty I literally wasn’t even hungry the whole day I went to dance and burned so total calories is 672. I honestly just want to starve lol
I finally told a friend about my Ed! She is helping
It’s been a really shitty two weeks. I’ve at over 1000 calories almost every day and havnt check my weight but probably above 120 again. I’ve been so freakin hungry. I’m still going through the same cycle of starve until after school then binge. I wish I didn’t feel like shit every time I ate
Here’s my plan: Eat super less calories now and my ultimate goal weight is 95. What I’m going to do is drop to 90, then slowly start eating around 1,400-1,600 calories a day or the normal amount. Since my metabolism has slowed down cause of my eating habits, I have 5 pounds of extra weight I am allowed to gain. Instead, once I get back to normal eating, I will actually be at around 98 by the end of it

That feeling when you can’t have a social life because your ed has taken over everything around you. When you can’t concentrate on one thing for too long without getting hungry. When you take hours to finish your homework because you get distracted and think about food. When you get in the shower and have clumps of hair falling out. When you can’t do things you used to be able too because the motor parts of your body are failing you. When your always freezing to the point where you are shaking. When your losing time. That feeling when your still not skinny and would do anything to be.

Reflection: I didn’t do good. I didn’t stay in budget. I even burned calories and still didn’t. I understand it know and will do better tommorw.
Am I the only one who cares more about what’s on paper vs what I’m actually intaking? I hate that’s so much. For example, i will eat a tablespoon of ice cream and pretend I ate a teaspoon on my calorie app. This makes it way less accurate but I can’t put the actually number. It hurts too much. Tomorrow, I will have 450 calories eating budget and I won’t use water to cut out calories. Every time I eat, I drink sooo much water to burn calories but I’m not sure whether it actually burns as much as I think. So I’m not counting it tomorrow and seeing how it goes!
