Centrioles helps organize the cell for cell division in animal cells. In a factory it’s similar to the machines dividing which products are okay and which aren’t, in this case the product would be chromosomes.

Centrioles helps organize the cell for cell division in animal cells. In a factory it’s similar to the machines dividing which products are okay and which aren’t, in this case the product would be chromosomes.
Cells in a factory: Nucleus
Nucleus- The nucleus takes on the responsibility as the headquarters of the cell. The nucleus contains almost all the cell’s DNA and the coded instructions for making proteins and other important molecules, like the manager of a factory The Nucleus tells the other cells what to do. The nuclear envelope has thousands of nuclear pores and it allows material to move in and out of the nucleus, and it surrounds the nucleus with a double membrane, similar to messages, instructions, and blueprints entering and leaving out of the main office of the factory. Proteins which do most of the work in a cell and RNA, and many other molecules move through the nuclear pores to and from the cell just like the manager giving out orders to the workers in the factory. Chromosomes are also found in the nucleus and they carry the cell’s genetic information and it spreads throughout the nucleus just like orders given out to workers.
Cells in a factory: Vacuole
Vacuoles role in the factory is a place to store things, the vacuole stores materials like water, salts, proteins and carbohydrates. The Vacuole is similar to the storage room of the factory.
Cells in a factory: Lysosomes
Lysosomes works as the cleanup crew of the factory. They break down lipids, carbohydrates, and proteins into small molecules that can be used by the rest of the cell. Lysosomes perform the function of removing “junk” that build up in the factory.
Cells in a factory: Cytoskeleton
Cytoskeleton serve as the steel or cement columns that hold up the factory. Cytoskeleton gives the cell its shape and supports the cell. The Cytoskeleton is the backbone of the factory; it holds up everything in the cell.

Ribosomes are responsible for synthesizing proteins; they are workers or the machines that build proteins. Like the workers of the factory, it carries out orders given to them from their DNA “boss”
Cells in a factory: Rough E.R
The function of the Rough endoplasmic reticulum is to produce large amounts of protein for export. The Rough E.R is similar to workers gathering in parts of the factory where they assemble components of the cell membrane, proteins and other materials. Similar to ribosomes being placed on Rough E.R where proteins are assembled.
Cells in a factory: Smooth E.R
Smooth E.R works as the hallway cell in which the information from the office travels to the workers in every department of the cell, the smooth E.R contains a collection of enzymes that perform tasks, including the synthesis of membrane lipids, similarly the smooth E.R is the hallway which RNA travels from the nucleus to places where it’s “broken down” or decrypted
Cells in a factory: The Golgi Apparatus
The Golgi Apparatus modifies, sorts and packages proteins and lipids for storage or transport out of the cell. Products in a factory are usually stored in a warehouse before shipment, in the cell The Golgi Apparatus works as the warehouse before the proteins are prepared for export. Special enzymes will trim off extra amino acids, and then the unfinished protein will move through channels in the smooth ER.

Chloroplasts convert solar energy into chemical energy stored in food; They’re the biological equivalents of solar power plants, transferring one form of energy to another.
Cells in a factory: Cell Membrane
The cell membrane regulates materials entering and leaving the cell; it also protects and supports the cell. In a factory, the cell membrane would function as the shipping and receiving department; regulating materials entering and leaving the cell. It also functions as the communications center of the factory where the cell touches base or contacts with the outermost environment.
