Ugh... I'm a wing chun guy at heart. We HAVE to stop lying to ourselves and each other about what is effective. I have thurst kicked a guy in the throat and he still took me down. Learn REAL grappling defenses guys. At least learn to sprawl. Learn a little Shuai Jiao.

Thanks to Kash for reuniting me with an original copy of Jack Dempsey’s Championship Fighting. This is easily one of the best books ever written on the topic of fighting. A timeless classic that is conceptually closer to the “real” 詠春 than most books written on 詠春. #jackdempsey #boxing #wingtsun
