I was pleasantly surprised to see Tyler be mentioned in Athena’s latest video of unexpectedly strong cartoon characters (if you aren’t familiar with her channel, it’s definitely worth looking into, she basically does lore videos into children’s media). I love seeing Tyler getting more recognition! I never thought about how strong he actually is aside from his clumsiness, he could have steamrolled through the game if it weren’t for that. And now I need to see fanart of him as Deku because I loved that comparison lol.

Hey everyone! It's been a while, but I got the inspiration to write up a short Nowen one-shot. I hope you enjoy it!

Small thing I never noticed about the intro before-it’s sweet that Bridgette tries to comfort DJ, it’s such a nice nod to their friendship.  (Also as an aside I always found it funny that Noah is the only one to react to Ezekiel when he falls down lol).

It was sad to watch Ella go, but her elimination was easily one of the best in the series.

Justin being one of the best comedic relief characters in the show.

It’s hilarious to see everyone else immediately gasp in horror while Alejandro is completely nonchalant, both because he is new to the antics of the old cast and since he (presumably) isn’t that familiar with the first season.

love this take, but also consider:

Alejandro is the only one in this entire scene wearing seatbelts; he starts out the episode with them and they stay on so it’s not an animation error or anything

this leads me to believe that Alejandro knows exactly what Izzy is capable of and put on the seatbelts as soon as he saw her leave, and the only reason he waited to say anything about it was to simply be an asshole

I never thought about it that way but that’s absolutely hilarious.  I love how petty he is, it would feel totally in character.

I adore Dakota and Dawn’s interactions in Revenge. I really wish we could have seen more of this dynamic-it’s very unique and fun, it isn’t often where you get to see the trope of a popular girl and loner play out differently than you would expect.  I feel like they could have had a really interesting friendship!  I could see Dawn trying to help Dakota after she’s been mutated as well.  She feels very much like an older sister figure to Dakota.

I absolutely love Heather’s character development in the show.  There’s a subtle detail in World Tour that Heather doesn’t hesitate to jump in the water to do the challenge.  It’s almost hard to believe this is the same person who was worried about getting her hair wet!  I love how much more proactive she becomes!

Total Drama Noah Edit | Smile 😊

Here’s a short edit I did for Noah a while back!  I thought it would be cute to include moments from the show where he’s smiling.

One small moment I really enjoy in Revenge is how Anne-Maria immediately defends Brick when Scott blames him for stealing their things (which he then shifts to Dawn later in the episode).  I find it to be really sweet!  

(Sorry it’s been a while, I’ve been busy with real-life stuff.  My interest in TD has also faded a little, but I will continue to post here!)

I forgot how sweet the Revenge of the Island ending is, I mean, the fact that Cameron is willing to give his money to his friends is so pure.  I honestly adore everyone from the Revenge cast, they have such a great dynamic!

This has been something that’s been on my mind for a while and honestly bothers me quite a bit.  I get that Blaineley is supposed to play the antagonistic role, but some of the comments pointed towards her are just uncomfortably misogynistic and focused too much towards her appearance.  Lines like “fake blonde” and “without the help of her entourage, her job would be toast” in Her Real Name Isn’t Blaineley don’t feel triumphant like she’s getting what she deserves, they’re just unnecessary.  And it’s made worse by the fact that she’s an older woman.  I guess her attempts to look younger are seen somehow as a way that she’s lying and trying too hard?  What the heck.  She deserved better, honestly.  Some of her lines were quite entertaining.

This is easily one of my favorite screenshots in the show because it’s so nice seeing those rare moments where Noah is happy and smiling.
