Thank you 2025, Hello 2026
As the year begins to draw to a close. Now is the perfect time for a little pause to look back on all the things that happened this year. In this way, it will help us remind all the good we’ve encountered, while also giving us the opportunity to let go of all the bad - and find meaning to all of it.
Overthinking is a thief of time and opportunity. Overthinking works quietly, yet its impact can be deeply harmful. It steals peace and fuels anxiety and self-doubt. I’ve discovered that the most effective remedy is to keep yourself busy - staying occupied, involved, and taking action. When you act, there’s no room for endless rumination. Action is the cure for overthinking.
Faith Brings Strength. Prayer and belief have grounded me through it all. When the mind finds peace, the body follows. Trusting that what is meant for you will unfold in its own time gives you the strength to face uncertainty with courage—and that is enough
Gratitude is a powerful way to reflect on the year that’s passed and to ready your heart and mind for what’s ahead. It’s more than simply saying “thank you” for the positives in life—it’s a conscious shift toward recognizing what you already have instead of dwelling on what’s missing. This small but meaningful change in perspective can completely reshape how you enter 2026.
Let’s leave behind the worries, challenges, and burdens of 2025 and step into 2026 with a fresh, healthy, clean slate.
May God bless us all, and may the year ahead be filled with blessings, peace, and prosperity.
Note to self: It’s never too late—never too late to begin again, and never too late to choose happiness
Thank you 2024! Welcome 2025
As glasses are raised, and fireworks became the gem in the sky, we should leave behind all the worries and uncertainties of 2024. Let us keep our determination unshaken. With courage, faith and great effort, we shall achieve everything that we desire. :)
To be honest, I wouldn’t call 2024 “my year.” It wasn’t the year where all my aspirations came true. In fact, it was quite the opposite: I faced what felt like one misfortune after another. If I only looked at the big picture, it would be easy to say, “Nothing good happened. I’m still the same person — or maybe worse — without achieving much at all.” But life isn’t always about the big picture. Sometimes, we need to grab a magnifying glass and look closer at the details — the moments we often overlook. When we do, we might be amazed by what we discover.
The dreams I couldn’t achieve this year taught me resilience, strength, and to be more patient. Maybe it's God way of telling me that I wasn’t ready for them yet. If I had gotten what I wanted this year, I might not have been able to handle it or appreciate it. I’ve learned to trust the God's timing for my life.
Let’s all leave behind all the worries, difficulties and fats of 2024. Let’s all start a NEW and HEALTHY clean slate for 2025.
May God bless us all and may we all have a blessed and prosperous year ahead.
Note to self: It’s never too late - never too late to start over, never too late to be happy.
Thank you 2023, Hello 2024
Nearing the end of 2023 is the perfect time for a little pause to look back on all the things that happened this challenging year. In this way, it will help us remind all the good we’ve encountered, while also giving us the opportunity to let go of all the bad.
This year has proven that the only constant in life is CHANGE.
What went well?
Twelve months have gone by so fast like an f1 car. For sure, your first take on this will likely not capture the good ones. Oh well, our brain is built to default on remembering more on the negatives🫣. The positives - albeit nice in the moment usually tend to be more fleeting in memory.
Who needs to be acknowledged?
There are a lot of things to be grateful for this year. Thankful to all the people who played a part to all those positives. Well, to those people on the negatives, still thank you for all the lessons learned 🥹.
Did you grow this year?
This is a very difficult question to answer. As I grow older, i tend to be more complacent on things i do, the tasks become so routinary (if there's such a term). But this year, i had courage to try new things. Next year, will try to be more brave in all aspects of life. I need to remind myself that stagnation is not good for personal and professional well being.
Life can be a persistent teacher. When we fail to learn life's lesson the first time around, life has a way of repeating them to foster understanding. Over the last few years, my life was shaken up by dramatic circumstances. I resisted the impermanence of these events in my life and struggled with embracing change.
This year i learned to:
Acknowldge change. Change can happen quickly and at any point. Acknowledging change is allowing it to happen when it unfolds instead of approaching change from a place of denial and resistance.
Accept change. Yes but it won't happen overnight. There are things that it's so hard to accept, it's so painful. But you have to accept that circumstances will not turn out the way you want them to, and that’s perfectly all right. Embracing the situation can help you deal with the change effectively, make the necessary shifts in your life to embrace the change, and help you move forward after the event.
Open communication. Talk. Talk about everything.
Learn from the experience.
Have faith
For 2024, Dear God please bless our family with strength and courage, with good health and peace of mind, and to guide us in the right path. We are not getting any younger anymore, please grant us wisdom to all the decisions that we are going to do.
In Jesus name we pray, AMEN.
Lord, please guide us 🙏🏻
Difficult time 🙏🏻
