harris isn't being stupid when she calls trump a communist- she knows what communism is, her father being who he is.
she is making a conscious decision to further muddy the waters of political discourse and sour peoples on alternatives to capitalism in a way that only benefits fascists.
she does not care that defending capitalism will strengthen fascists because she is a capitalist. those who will suffer and die because of it mean nothing to her.
maybe she is stupid actually.

hey, just as a btw, a fic or a series not uploading for a year doesn't mean its abandoned.
Sometimes the authors have shit going on, other wips, or! it just needs to sit and marinate for a bit. Collecting all the flavor and details it wouldn't have otherwise.
it's okay for updates to take a while.
And if you're impatient? Why not leave a nice comment telling us (the author(s)) what you love about the fic or series? say that you love it, and are "waiting eagerly for the next chapter" and/or that you "would love to see x or y happen because it would mean-"
This could be a new fandom vibe because of all the "i have to drop this while people are still interested" energy, but its not universal, and i don't believe its good for the fandom ecosystem.
Have patience, and have compassion. Remember that authors are human and these fics? (or comics, animatics, whatever) This is our art. We care about it just as much, if not more than you.

How To Put "I am a Ao3 Author" on Your Resume
"Published (number of works on ao3) written works spanning (lowest word count) to (highest word count) to a nonprofit international digital archive dedicated to preserving and maintaining society's reactions, impressions, and culture regarding various forms of fictional media."
You can also simplify it to "Creative Writer - Archive (dates) and then put "Wrote for a nonprofit digital archive as a volunteer."
Plus, if you have a lot of hits or kudos on your works, you can say, "I reached (number of hits) people and (number of kudos) of those people signified to the Archive that my work resonated with them."
Because, technically, we are all volunteering our time and donating our writing to AO3's cause of preserving the fandoms and the culture around them. And people do sometimes just call it "Archive". So nothing I just said was a lie.
If you're writing on Ao3, then you have experience writing -- which is the skill you're presenting here. In the long run, you're not doing anything wrong by phrasing your experience in impressive ways.

"Three Dresses"
'The Eighties" and 'Spanish Lady"
This painting does something to me. A man who by day is a knight, supposed to show strength and valour, coolness and aloofness, meets in secret a woman who cannot be his. He grasps her arm in despair and brushes her hand, her fingers with soft kisses of his lips swollen with arousal, thinking that this is the first and only time he has dared to touch her, that he must remember this moment for the rest of his life, her scent, the softness of her skin, and she turns away, not wanting him to see the expression on her face, her flushed cheeks, her passionate longing and desire to be his.
