i don't know what to do anymore

no one will know of my existence until I'm physically gone. Even then, they still wouldn't know me. Why can't people notice I'm breaking from the inside out? It's always "why are you so tired", "you need to sleep more so you're less tired" I'm not fucking tired from not getting enough sleep. I'm tired from getting yelled at constantly plus the pressure of school work and my friends. My life would be so much easier if my parents cared more about me as a person than my grades. I can't imagine getting older than 20. Even 18. I can't stop hurting myself no matter how hard I try. It's eating me alive and I can't escape. I just keep going back to my bathroom cabinet.
