New pinned! Hi! I'm Elly, and this is a fandom blog I originally created to post updates about my AO3, chalcedony. Now, I mostly just reblog fandom-adjacent stuff here (because I unfortunately don't have a ton of time or energy to write fic lately). I mostly post about RPGs and TTRPG podcasts, but I occasionally like other stuff, too. I'm not actively listening to DnDads anymore, but I still post about S1 and 2 sometimes. Hopefully I'll resume some of my unfinished DnDads fics someday, too... :')

Last night I dreamt I had to tell be funny in front of a bunch of Dropout comedians who had kind of adopted me as a protege of sorts, and I was terrified and confessed as much to the people sitting next to me. Brennan Lee Mulligan told me I was talented and smart and I had a very cool blood type. I asked what it was bc I’ve never known it, and he said “eleven” and I was like “YESSS I KNEW IT” and everyone laughed. I felt very accomplished. I then proceeded to do a really awful British accent and the entire room laughed and I thought (in the dream) “ohh yess. I will move to LA and become a comedian.” Then I woke up and remembered that’s probably my worst nightmare

Had a dream within a dream last night that Toby Fox transitioned and posted something online like “I like Touhou and FL Studio; what did you expect” and when I woke up from my dream (again, within the dream), I made a Tumblr post like this about my dream and was immediately full-scale canceled. Like there were commentary Youtubers talking about it and everything

I think more people should have triad polyam ships where one of the partners is queerplatonic with the other two. Like, there’s a deeply devoted married couple, and they also have a third who cuddles with them and sometimes joins them for date nights and is generally an integral part of their lives. And perhaps they like to Watch also. Mostly they just spend a lot of time being like “hehe my partners are so perfect for each other :) yayy”

(I am biased because this is one of my favorite ship dynamics. and I was just reading a fic that reminded me of it and I was like… omg waaait life IS beautiful actually)

Homestuck day… perfect timing for my obsession to have just come roaring back like a month ago o_o !!! Made the mistake of telling a friend about The Baby is You, had to explain the context, and then it was all downhill from there. I am firmly back in the trenches. Anyway happy 4/13
