I'm feeling a mix of emotions today.

I'm nervous because we have our ROTC exam at CHRIST THE KING COLLEGE today, and there are students from other schools taking the exam with us.

To make matters worse, I haven't had a chance to study.

while there's no class I am helping to my family small business and I am happy to do the decorations though I'm not expect but it's my pleasure to help.

Intramurals Day is a day dedicated to friendly competitions and games between different groups within a school, college, or organization. It's a chance for people to participate in various sports and recreational activities, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit.

There's usually a wide variety of events to choose from, catering to different interests and skill levels. It's a fun and engaging way to promote physical activity and build camaraderie within the community.

Even though I didn't participate in any sports, I still enjoyed Intrams Day by watching those who were competing,and supporting to our criminology department.

Today was a Saturday the ROTC day, we didn't have our regular training. Instead, we were assigned to a cleanup drive that started at 6:00 AM, We collected trash along the roadside despite the intense heat the joking and laughter among my teammates made the work enjoyable. The goal is to remove litter and debris, improving the environment and making the area more pleasant for everyone. Cleanup drives are often organized by schools, community groups, or local governments, and volunteers are usually welcome to participate.We finished around 10:00 AM thanks to good teamwork. We took a short break before heading home around 11:00 AM to eat, as we still had a Pathfit class later.

ROTC can be pretty tiring involves a lot of physical training including running, push-ups, sit-ups and exercises that build strength and endurance.

Being criminology student must be intense you need to balance acads and training today is a very special day because we were taught about different kinds of improvised explosive devices (IEDs), who uses them, why they are used, what different IEDs are, what they look like, and what IED components are, among other things.

Learning about IEDs is definitely a serious and important part of the curriculum, though I can imagine it's also quite heavy,for today's lesson it's surprising, interesting and insightful
