First time making an animatic… ish? Dunno! It’s not very long, but I came to the realization this audio was absolutely PERFECT for these two and knew I had to make it TvT

A long time ago, one of Akane's work places refused to pay him, saying that they " Don't have any money at the moment" and gave him the apron with their logo instead. Rikai took it, drew a ❌ on it as an Anti-advertisement and is wearing it now everywhere to show his hatred
They live together! Akane have to work all the time to be able to pay for them while Rikai is still studying. (Rikai is 18 and Akane is 20)

this is honestly the most complicated drawing ive EVER done so um...yeah...my hands hurt and i cant stand to look at ikeda for another second..
DESIGN DETAILS-
>i gave him 2 outfits on top of each other since I feel like his hitoe is a big part of his character and i find it just lazy to mention how important it is just for the staff to have stuck him in soem random clothes...so instead i gave him some nurse srubs that where likey collected from the lab that he was instructed to wear under his hitoe since its a tad bit transperant
>hes still ftm in my design just like the first time I redesigned him because i can!
>his hair is overall much whiter because it's from low iron and malnutrition
>i gave him a hair clip cause other then its unique color his hair didn't have much going for him and i wanted him to look interesting in shoulder-up drawings
>hes STILL rocking socks only because you cant convince me that the staff didnt give him shoes and then he got frustrated with the laces and just gave up on wearing them in the end
if your seeing this and know of my accont then you likely know ive already given Ikeda a redesign, so why do it again? mainly because the last "redesign" i did was only just to tweak small things of his design as compared to this redesign, which is a complete overhaul and how I would go about ikedas design!
This redesign definitely tested my drawing abilities and overall patience so if you read through this much of my rambling i hope you enjoy my take on ikeda daiki!
