Character Applying For; Lexis Hathe
Alterations you’d like to make; Maybe change her first name to Alana? No? Okay.
Biography; [If you’d like to extend or change::] Can I include the reason why Lexis and Lucas are best friends is because Lucas found out about Lexis’ secret, and he also confined to her?
Ships; Lexis/Lucas, perhaps? Whatever happens, happens, but I really hope that an Aaron Johnson would happen.
There was something ominous when Lexis Hathe turned the knob and stepped into the dark unknown of their house. The lights and the radiator were off; shards from what was once an incandesent light bulb were displayed nonchalantly on the carpet. Lexis could hear the water running. “Mom?” She asked into the nothingness, not particularly hoping for an answer really. She closed the door behind her, dropped her bag aimlessly on the floor, and bit the insides of her cheeks. Was she alone? She hoped so. The sheer vile ambiguity of the moment captured Lexis by the arm. A blunt pain started to creep up about her shoulder blade as a circular object - an ashtray or a very, very thick mug - bludgeoned her back. Her clenched her eyes shut, letting orbs form behind her long lashes.
The routine was about to commence once again. The battering, the loud and obnoxious and selfish roars of her mother, and the endproduct: bruises and cuts that would be abstractly canvased on her small, pale body.
“Do you hear me, you little bitch? You’re worthless.” There was venom in her voice, cutting deeper and more excruciating than the blades she had tried on herself. Worthless. Flawed. Nothing.
Perhaps her mother was right, that there is something wrong, that is nothing more than another mouth to feed, another body keep, and being take care of. Lexis groaned as her mother took a fistful of her hair, and dragged her by the wall before slamming her head on the hard beige concrete. This would end, she told herself. This would… Everything went black.
Seconds, minutes, or perhaps even hours passed. Lexis woke up. She was lying on the carpet floor. Parts of her body hurt; she could feel a fever coming up. She groaned as she slowly stood up. There was blood on the wall, her blood. She sobbed. These are the sort of moments that made Lexis believe that she was Worthless, flawed, nothing.
Other; Uhm, hi? Oh, by the way, this is carter—smith. That’s one of my rp characters, so yeah.
