It was a surprise, getting something like that from Yuna. Albeit he couldn’t complain. Any gift from his close friend’s daughter was a welcoming one to him. His dark eyes eyes the sweets curiously before taking them carefully from the young woman’s hands. “Of course I’d like them,” he answered gently, popping one into his mouth and holding the treats out as an offering to her.

He couldn’t stop the brief flash of disbelief that crossed his eyes. This damn woman and her stubborn nature. His red eyes almost rolled in exasperation - almost. He knew better than to push the wrath of women. Especially ones that most certainly looked like they could handle themselves without an issue. 

He cracked his neck in an attempt to buy a few more moments of time. “Yeah? If someone asked you, huh? There’s nothing wrong with you asking either.”

RP starters: Heated argument.It had been yet another day of the two guardians at each other’s throats. Although Jecht had learned to get along with Auron, they always had their bad days. Just as everyone else. But it was a disagreement of which path to take to make a route much easier that caused some problems. Where Auron was content to take the path he knew well, Jecht wanted to take one of lesser known territory. For he had heard rumors of an increased activities of fiends... and naturally, it was more than just a feat of strength for the former Blitzball Star. It was the right thing to do in order to protect those less capable than him. Where as most times, Auron would shake his head in exasperation (for Jecht had a pension of surprising him all too often with proof he was more than an uncivilized jackass), there was a time crunch this time. Braska needed to reach the next temple in haste; and taking the more dangerous road Jecht fervently expressed they should take would add a day minimum to their journey. An amount of time that was all but too precious to waste. And though Jecht also knew this deep down, it was an issue he could hardly ignore.

“Yeah, I hear you just fine,” he started, “I just don’t give a damn. People could die, Auron.”
