She turns around, picks whatever was behind her up and when she turns around again you can see a small child, maybe 4 or 5 years old, positioned in her arms

To make it as short as possible: A teenager found this kid, no memories of their own name or their sibling, so they brought them to me thinking I could help, I've been doing my best and over the course of that time I started calling them "Asfó", short for "Asfóménos" and I learned a lot about them, including that their dad wasn't a good person, so I kinda became their mother

She smiled nervously and then also quickly pointed at you
