What do you enjoy most about gaining? What do you eat regularly to put on weight? Do you use gainer shakes?

STOP STUFFING/PIGGING OUT… y’all feeders don’t like that sound Buh yeah.. you don’t get fat off stuffing cuz you won’t do it as often in reality.. it hurts when your a feedee and have to do that everyday.. you get fat by starting early in the day and grazing like a cow or farm animal. Eating a bunch all at once is fun and it feels good to be stuffed sometimes but you won’t get big big doing that.. be a grazer not a stuffer.. capacity doesn’t mean shit when you need to eat 5000-8000 calories a day..
- 3-4 donuts everyday @ 900 calories per
- Decent lunch @ 1500 calories
- Snack candy bar @ 250 calories
- Dinner @ 1500 calorie
- Milk shake in your way home shake @ 1000 calories
If your real serious use this if you hit a Plateau

That’s about a 5100-6250 calorie day, in reality that’s a super light day! Avg less than 1000 steps a day and you pack on some LBS. you can still avg 2500-3000 steps a day and gain a lot a lot..

I was looking for something to wear to a family get together where everyone swims and spends time by the pool, I realized after trying one of my old favorite pullovers on that I have became fatter then I could have every thought. I am Just a growing piggy. I can’t even try to suck in, my stomach muscles are so week it’s amazing.

Blowing Up Your Fatboy: Gainer Shake Basics
So I know you have your opinions about gainer shakes: what’s best, what’s healthy, what’s stupid, what’s toxic… And yet for all that supposed information, there’s probably at least as much confusion. From decades of bodybuilding and fattening guys, here’s what I’ve discovered about gainer shakes and using them to put over 150 pounds on my fatboy since we got together a few years ago. (And all that blubber looks amazing on his 5'6" frame.)
Guys who’ve followed what I’ve outlined here (both quantity and frequency) have gained 15-20 pounds in a month. In one case, 10lbs in a week for several weeks when combined with an already high-calorie diet.
