Inconsequential design details that don't matter but for the sake of accuracy they exist- The 'wings' come out from her back like well. wings, and they go all the way down her spine, the dress separates into 3 parts and re-connects at the bottom, which is why the brown strap is there, to hold it together.

Design is based off a whitespotted eagle ray, but also has manta ray traits.
