It’s been a long time, eh? I thought it was time to address the questions about where I’ve been and if I was going to continue posting. My father passed away suddenly at the end of September, and though I’m still reeling from the loss, I’ve made some personal changes and found a lot to be grateful for in the midst of tragedy. He wouldn’t want me to lose myself in sadness or let go of the things I love, so I’ve made a goal this year to actively pursue anything that brings happiness and peace to my life. Tumblr was one of those things. I don’t know if I’ll be posting as actively as I once was, but I’m welcoming the familiar escape of this community. It’s good to be back.
