Seifried Barrique Fermented Chardonnay 2013
This beautiful gem is a stand out Chardonnay with bold oaky notes of buttery goodness nutty yet well balanced. Hints of fresh picked ripe stone fruit dance around on the palate. The colour is mesmerising and the smell is to die for. This for me is one of my stand out Chardonnays that the South Island is producing. Coming from a duo of Seifrieds vineyards the complexity these two blocks bring together create a really harmonic symphony of immense flavour. A must try 5/5
