The Camp Golf kitchen is my favourite place in New Vegas to hang out, for the simple reason that it's the place with the statistically highest amount of Rangers. They always spawn here at certain times a day, and it's always a bit chaotic. I love watching them, it's kinda like a Zoo exhibit for me.
