Since I’ve been gone:

1. Fischer started first grade and hasn’t gotten any better at posing for pictures

2. Noah is taking dance classes.

3. Another hurricane and now my tiny town is on CNN for historic flooding. I live totally away from the river and we are fine. All county offices are closed this week so I am using my time wisely by shopping and getting a facial while the kids are still going to the babysitter.

4. We got a cat. His name is Smalls. My kids love The Sandlot.

5. My coworker and I went and saw My Favorite Murder live this weekend. We accidentally stumbled upon two murderino meet ups while trying to get pre-show drinks. I was not nearly buzzed enough to be that social.

First real workout since getting the plague 3 weeks ago.

I tried last week but ended up with a horrible headache from all of the sinus pressure.

Still had to stop a few times mid rep to cough and not pee myself.

The struggle is real.

Today I had $100 fall out of my pocket and is gone forever, my kids got applesauce and chips everywhere in the house while I tried to stop having a panic attack, Fischer pushed Noah and now half of her damn front tooth is chipped off and of course even though I told him I needed his support today my husband is still at work because that always comes first.

Eff December.

For whatever reason this Chai tea latte concentrate was marked down to $.50 a carton. I bought 5!!!!

I lost 4 lbs last week somehow.

My new anxiety medication is working so much better.

After a year of only one supervisor at work (who is pretty worthless to begin with) we finally got another one and so far I love her.

For the first time in my life I found the perfect shade of foundation.

Next week we are going home for Thanksgiving and we are all super excited.

November has been good to us so far.
