Get it together

I took a break from everything for a couple of months to refocus. And I’m back and ready to get it started again.

First professional photoshoot happened last Saturday!! It was so much and I think I’ve found my go to photographer. He made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable, no matter their modeling experience. And he edited 200+ photos in the matter of DAYS!!

Next I want to book a second shoot for December and start working on some promo videos.

I’m working hard. Gotta work harder. I’m setting goals and making list. Got me a planner. Trying to get more organized.

Finally!!

I managed to track down my heat press... but not the vinyl. I literally had to go to the address it was shipped to and knock on the door. I’m so glad it was a nice lady... cause I feared the worst. Though I didn’t have any luck on the vinyl... but that easier to replace.

Deep exhale. Now it’s time to get to the meat and potatoes of my business. I have a shit load of things to work on this weekend. I’m meeting up with my partner Sunday to show her our 6 month plan. Yes, SIX month! When I get home tomorrow I will learning my new tools and planning.

I’m going to revamp all of my social media’s, website, and how we handle business. It’s going to be a lot of work but I’ll get help.

I learned a lot about marketing today from an marketing solution company. I took MAD notes that I plan to implement ASAP! Well... once I’m not super busy.

So, I found out I will have to wait for my equipment to be shipped back to the sender and for them to send it back out in order to receive my stuff. I am beyond annoyed but what can I do? Keep calling and bugging UPS lol.

I think I have a solution

So, I accidentally sent $500 worth of equipment and supplies to an old address BUT I think I have a solution. I’m not going to worry about the vinyl I ordered because that can be replaced easiest. I was able to get the computer rerouted. And I think I can arrange to have the heat press to be picked up at the UPS center! I’ll still have to drive an hour and a half to get it BUT it’s better than not getting it at all! Whew!!

Next, I’m planning to get my mind back together because all that stressed me out so much. I have a few meetings scheduled that I need to ready for.

First giveaway complete!

We randomly selected winners for the giveaway and I’m so happy for the winners!

The first name pulled ended up offering to model and do PR work for us! The second winner has entered the giveaway several times and definitely went the hardest! And the third was another person who took it upon themselves to promote our business!

I would have never imagined. We also gained a good bit of followers and a lot of traffic on the website... now to close the deal on all of these people checking us out.

I think by the end of the summer I want to send out at least 10-15 more free shirts! Help get our name out there... that seems to be working the best. People love to see others in the shirts they want to buy.

Gotta keep pushing...
