This is a thing I played through in The Sims 4 and got so invested that I went back and turned it into a full show with screencaps from the game, dialogue, and performance videos. There are 7 episodes formatted into google slides, which I will post the links to every Wednesday.

(Disclaimer: this is not meant to be a coherent narrative, nor is it a reflection or commentary on the entertainment industry. It's literally just me fucking around and not taking myself particularly seriously while putting in way too much into a silly little project.)

(also, there's gonna be a lot of kpop, because those are the most easily accessible group performance animations I could find. sorry.)

I used to use Google docs, but the white mode only was really annoying me (tires my eyes), so I swapped to Ellipsus (which I genuinely love and recommend), but it was bothering me a bit that I need wifi in order to use it, so now I switched to LibreOffice Writer, which I do like.

It very much has a Microsoft Word feel, but is open source and you need no accounts to use it. It's local on your device, so no AI can scan it, and no wifi is needed.

I still wish it had the Google Docs cards, because, bitch, that thing is so good for easy organizing.

Harlowe—

wants to be loved but thinks she's unworthy.

Cauter—

college dropout, jokester, freelance tattoo artist, trespassing, memes, nicknames for everyone, arcades, bashing heads in, smashing windows, joyriding. considers himself a lost cause.

Fox—

trust funds, connections, resentment, showy, perfection, hedonism, pretender, liar, watchful, former golden child and trophy kid, loyal, dormant volcano, actually gives a damn. will never be good enough but keeps trying.

Melee—

pronounced MEE-lee, likes cute things, also sharp things, sugar, emojis, plushies, desserts, friendly, bubbly, power tools, glitter, optimism and hope but can flip like a switch.

Enver—

easygoing, cozy comforts, books, IT expert, tech savvy, plant parent, music stores, collects strays (people and animals), conflicted, grounded, complicit.

this post has been in my drafts since 2024 and the WIP is just more of a concept now. the graphics and info are probably outdated.
