While we’re on the topic of Sam can we please discuss how in his college friends’ (minus Brady) pov, it looks like he set his apartment on fire shortly after a Halloween party, killing his girlfriend and then fled the campus altogether. And the next time he makes contact w any of them, it’s with his brother who they then think is a serial killer. And then later on both he and his brother are wanted by the FBI.

He’s not getting into law school after that :/

my spn hot take is that as much as I love him, I think Cas was introduced too early into s4

I think the audience should have been given more time to wonder what the hell left that hand print on Dean’s shoulder and dragged him out of Hell, it would have been more impactful to have the reveal of an angel after like, 5 episode rather than 45 minutes

I just think it would have been more interesting to see how Sam, Dean, and Bobby spent a few weeks trying to figure how Dean was alive only to discover it was angels that Dean didn’t believe in before

I’ve said this to my bestie a few times, but I’ve never said it on here

I love the “Sam knew Dean was bi the whole time” thing, but I think “Sam was completely oblivious” is so much funnier. Like Dean and Cas get together and Dean kisses Cas goodbye before a hunt and it just breaks Sam’s brain. And then while they’re driving it’s like

Sam: Um, Dean, is there something you wanted to tell me?

Dean: Huh? Oh, yeah, me and Cas finally got together. About time, right?

Sam: Okay, but…since when are you not straight?

Dean: I’ve literally never been straight. You know this. You’ve literally seen me flirt with guys before. Wait, did you not know? How could you possibly not know?

And then Sam takes a minute to think about it and he’s like, “You know what? That tracks. Sorry. Anyway, congrats on the angel dick, I guess.”

And it’s never mentioned again
