Phone Wallpaper Dump #1
As I've been digging through my old photos, I thought to collect those that work well as phone/vertical wallpapers, in case yous'd like to use them. As usual, please don't repost these! Of course if you use them and your phone/etc is in a photo that's fine, but don't repost the photos themselves. (Also you can always use any of my photos as personal wallpapers!)
✂ bookwyrm + bookshelf notion templates.
Books & reading sessions tracking: bookwyrm Simple books tracking: bookshelf
Bookwyrm is a reading tracker for the avid reader. Log your reading sessions and this template will track your reading progress: both time spent reading and pages turned. The dashboard shows you at-a-glance stats for your current book, and you can check out how consistently you’ve been reading via the reading sessions calendar. You can also rate and review your books and enjoy reading summaries such as books read or time spent reading per month. Bookshelf is a simplified version that focuses just on books tracking without logging reading sessions.
Features: dashboard, books databases & stats, rate & review books, reading session tracker, book progress tracking
Disclaimers: This is not a tumblr theme/page. Book icon credits: Freepik, designbydai, photo3idea_studio.

Avoidance is the worst reaction to stress. Oh this thing is giving me anxiety? And it's something I could prepare for by looking at it more or learning things about the topic? No, I will take psychological damage if I look at it directly. I will still be thinking about it and be stressed though.
I LOVE STUDYING AND DOING WORK IN THE LIBRARY BUT I CAN’T WRITE LAB REPORTS IN THERE BECAUSE EVERY TIME I FINISH A SECTION I NEED TO DO PUSH-UPS OR A HANDSTAND OR JUMPING JACKS OR SOME OTHER DUMB SHIT BECAUSE OTHERWISE MY SKIN CRAWLS OFF OF MY BONES‼️‼️‼️
Was coming out of a handstand and made eye contact with someone in the dorm across the courtyard from me if I see myself on Fizz later I'm gonna bomb them. Sorry I'm trying to refocus this is why I'm not in the library
