So my chef has hired a new kid to work with us. It's great because he has almost nonexistent kitchen experience. He really wants to learn how to become a chef. So we will be teaching him everything that we know to mold him into the perfect line cook. And what's truly great about it is the fact that he truly wants it so he is going to be putting in his full effort into everything that he does to learn how to work and become a chef. It's going to be a long road for the kid but from what I have seen so far he definitely has what it takes to become a line cook and then eventually a chef. Nothing makes me happier than getting to pass on my knowledge and techniques to a new person. So that they can become what they want.
