First in a bowl mix the sugar, stab 2000 and glucose powder together then leave to one side. 2. Next in a pan heat the water, almond milk and soya milk to the boil then using a microplane grate in the Tonka beans. 3. Then add trimoline and mix well till fully melted, after this you need to add the bowl of dry ingredients mix well. 4. 🍽• • • Forshmak is a classic national dish of Jewish cuisine, based on the most common herring. 🐟 The end result is a kind of pâté or riet. In general, it's a very tasty 😋 delicate and pleasant snack 👌 Most often served just as a cold appetizer, at least I especially like it this way- with a slice of toast 🍞 bread. Herring - 350 g whole, salted (remove everything superfluous) Apple - 170 g (peeled) Bread - 2 slices, (soak in milk and squeeze well) Onion - 80 g (peeled) Chicken eggs- 2 pcs. (cook and remove shell) Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. (add to mass) Lemon juice - 1 tbsp (squeezed juice, add to masa) Black pepper - add per your own taste Scallion (green onion)-1 Softened butter 20 g (add to masa) You can add a little mayo for a good touch 😉 it will not ruin it, I allow 🤣 Cut everything into small cubes or you can use a meat grinder, knead until smooth and leave for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and then it can be served.
