Do not forget it was Arizona's Indigenous tribes that pulled through and turned the state blue. They didn't *have* to participate in a government that colonized them and oppressed them for centuries. But they did anyway. Thank them.

Feels like 2020 could be nicer.
It was rainy and cloudy and wet and cold...and as someone who is from Arizona. The moment the sun peeked out I grabbed some meat on a stick and soaked it up. 🤙
The New Year brought travel. 😊
The wet come and went.
Tádídíín is the Navajo word for corn pollen, a sweet-tasting yellow-colored powder.
Tádídíín is a fundamental aspect of Navajo traditional culture. It comes from the tassels of a mature corn plant, and can only be collected by women.
It is then blessed and used by all as the primary mean of communicating with the Holy People. It is a conduit through which health, safety and happiness are asked for and assured.

This was the work thing. All the coffee with a side of fresh pizza and vegan icecream.
I don't travel as much as I wish. Had to check out a record store when I do though. 😜
Life on the Turtle Truck is great. Tea bag is mine. I brought on my own.
