hi, everyone. after much thought, i’ve decided to finally close this blog. i still enjoy nct and their music. however, i’ve been finding new fun and joy in many other things as of lately. i was already distancing myself from this blog a lot earlier due to prioritizing my education. i also felt that creating content for this blog became a job that i couldn’t keep up with. i’m truly sorry for having to come out with this statement after being away for so long. the support that this blog gets is still present and i don’t want to give new followers any disappointment due to the lack of new content. 

to be honest, i saw this coming but i did not want to accept it. i’ve had such a great time being on here with so many amazing friends and followers! the happiness that this blog brought me cannot be expressed with words. however, good things must come to an end.

to my mutuals, if you want to exchange any other social media platforms (instagram, twitter, snapchat), i will gladly share my handles! thank you for the wonderful things each one of you has said and for the unconditional love <3

[ 9:02 pm ] mark clings onto you, tears shedding out of his eyes and sobs coming from his exhausted body.

“i don’t want to leave them so soon. why can’t we just have a fixed unit?”

“i know you don’t”

“i have to leave all of them. this isn’t fair. who’s going to lead them now?”

“baby it’s okay,” you say feeling the soft sting in your eyes as your hot tears run down your cheeks. you pull mark closer into your embrace as you softly hum dream songs as his sobs slowly get softer and falls into a deep slumber with glistening streaks imprinting his face.

[ 8:57 pm ] jisung blows raspberries into your shoulder as you read a book for your finals

[ 9:03 pm ] chenle wraps blankets around the both of you and snuggles you impossibly closer in the burrito blanket he created in your makeshift fort

[ 10:45 pm ] “wait, what? did i get the ever-stoic, hardcore, total badass haechan to blush?

“n-no. it’s just cold,”, you hear badboy!haechan say before turning his head away from you.

“hm, it’s cold? so, it’s not because i told you that your face is the cutest thing in the freaking world and i bet the rest of you is too?”

you can feel the heat radiating off his cheeks even more when he moves his head to hide in your chest.

“n-no. shut the fuck up, babygirl.”

[ 7:52 pm ] you run your fingers through badboy!jaemin’s hair as you both make out in the back of his car. you open your eyes slightly and you can see the windows fog up in your fazed vision, letting jaemin take you in as his. the moment he breaks away from you, you both are deeply panting as he lays his head in the crook of your neck.

“gosh, i hate you, but i love you so much,”, you barely managed to say that as you slowly calm yourself down.

“i know you do, love.”

[ 12:40 pm ] badboy!jeno comes out of the bathroom after a shower, joggers snug at his waist and his toned torso illuminated by the moonlight hitting through your window. you turn your attention away from your netflix show and instantly feel a faint blush paint your cheeks as you acknowledge his presence.

“baby, you could’ve asked me to take my shirt off earlier and i would have said yes if you were going to look at me for this long,” he says with a small chuckle before instantly letting his lips take over your neck to plant open-mouthed kisses on your skin.

your eyelids become heavy at the feeling of his lips on the many places of your body as your hands grab at his hair almost immediately before he lets his hands pull you closer to his waist and finally lets his lips go to the spot craving him the most and lets his tongue dance with yours.

hey, loves! i figured i’d give you guys a small update on where i’ve been and why i haven’t been active because i never really gave a reason for my frequent absences.

first off, school is definitely taking over my life entirely. i’m starting to take it a lot more seriously (even though i’m only a sophomore ehehe), but i definitely started getting more involved in extracurriculars and harder courses that could benefit me in the future. my school district has also changed a lot of curriculum for my courses in this semester so i am still adapting. a lot more resources and instructions have been given to students, so i’m trying my best to use what i’m given to help myself with material!

second, i personally started to just reblog my posts instead of writing more content because it started to feel like a job. i didn’t enjoy writing as much at the time so i just decided to reblog for some time and get off the app for a bit to take a break. because i’m also busy with school, i sort of lost the passion i had for writing and just nct in general. i still love them, of course, but i was focusing on other parts of my life that i needed to prioritize before them. now, i’m starting to get back into them, but i think i will still need some more time. hopefully, by summertime, i can start writing blurbs again and finish some things i left unfinished on here.

lastly, covid-19 has definitely taken a big toll on my life right now. i’ve been at home recently doing online classes since i’m in quarantine at the moment and schools have been closed. i am going to be home for a month, so i think i’ll be able to visit here a bit to say hi to you guys more often. also, PLEASE STAY HOME. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE PLEASE. some people are taking this situation lightly and i don’t think it’s acceptable. please stay safe and do whatever you can to prevent yourself from catching this disease.

[ 6:23 pm ] “truth or dare?” renjun asks. telling by the tone of his voice, you knew he was up to no good.

“hm, truth.” you chose the safe answer in hopes of it being something small.

“boo! how lame.” haechan says rolling his eyes.

“okay then. who do you consider to be the most good looking in dream?”

you hear the ‘oohs’ and ‘ahs’ go around the small circle of dream members. you heard certain comments about them being the member at first sight, but there was one person that came to mind first when the question was asked.

“mark all the way.” mark showed you his widest smile and pulled you in to kiss your cheek.

“wait, what?! he’s not even in dream anymore,”, you hear chenle say as he throws his arms in the air.

“and? he’s still in dream in my heart.”

you hear mark giggle before patting your head and mumbling a soft “that’s my girl”.

[ 7:28 pm ] jisung held you close as you two were slow dancing in the practice room to a soft playlist he made thinking about you. his hands were on your waist and your arms were around his neck. he gently placed his forehead on yours to tell you a sweet “i love you” before dipping down to capture your lips with his.

what you two didn’t know, though, was that the other dreamies were behind the door admiring how cute you two were.

“wow, look at jisung being all grown up,”, jaemin cooed as he placed his hand over his heart dramatically.

“oh boy, wait ‘til i tell him about this tomorrow,”, chenle snickers at haechan as they both give each other a high five.

“yo, shut up. just admire the moment the two of them are having right now,”, renjun stated with jeno nodding in agreement.

this is how the next day became a day of endless compliments and teases towards the two of you, causing you to avoid the dreamies at all costs for the rest of the week.

[ 4:43 pm ] bestfriend!chenle was playing games on his phone on your bed while you studied for your upcoming exams. after a good hour, you decided to give yourself a quick break and laid down next to him.

though it wasn’t the first time you’ve been this close to chenle, you glanced at his face and took in his beautiful features. without realizing, you got closer and eventually, your lips landed on the apple of his cheek. this caused both of you to back away from each other out of shock and look at each other with wide eyes.

“did you just kiss my cheek?” he asked.

“uh sorry. i need to go to the bathroom,”, you say as an excuse to leave the somewhat awkward situation.

“wait, could you maybe do that again, but in a better place?” you hear chenle ask feeling his breath against your lips as he shows a genuine smile.

“but why would i do that when you were already there to be forceful for me, mr. hotshot?” you counter back before placing a hand on his neck and a chaste kiss on his cheek.

he smirks before placing his lips on yours in the middle of the parking lot before pulling back and replying, “i guess so, huh?”

[ 9:06 pm ] you and mark sit under the night sky as the fireworks from the festival were taking place. mark’s arms were built perfectly for your size as he held you close to his chest while you sat on his lap and held his hands. you two were not conversing at the moment due to you focusing on the show in the sky and mark focusing on one thing: your lips.

you two had not kissed each other once since your four-month relationship started. both of you were too shy to initiate anything like that. even hand-holding was hard enough to initiate within the first two months. you both had your moments where you, of course, wished for it to happen, but it wasn’t as easy as you both thought.

though tonight, mark was willing to get the kiss that he deserved after all the efforts of getting you to be his. still focused on your lips, he whispered, “hey, babe.” you hummed as you still had the sky as your current focus. he came closer to your ear to ask, “can i kiss you?”

your eyes widened and you turned around to look at him, knowing that this would be the first kiss within your relationship. you swallowed the lump in your throat and built up the courage to mumble a quiet yes.

he shifted you in his lap and gently pulled your neck down for the small gap between your lips to close, but he stops, right where your lips were barely hovering over his for him to mumble a soft “i love you” before crashing his lips onto yours as you both smiled out of glee, happy for the moment you waited for to finally happen.
