Respectfully- I will preface this again to anyone who ever interacts my content
IF YOU ARE A MINOR, AT THE AGE OF BELOW 18 YEARS OLD
PLEASE I AM TELLING YOU THIS NOW SO THAT YOU STAY SAFE ON THE INTERNET
DO NOT INTERACT WITH MY CONTENT!!
my contents may not exactly show explicit content most of the time BUT the content I'm drawing from is clearly stated to be for adults (18+), theres A LOT of warning signs ingame which contains content not suitable for children to engage with,
You WILL see a lot of explicit contents on the tags no and then, and some will be triggering.
I mean this respectfully It's not safe for you to be here.
therefore all explicit contents mentioned here will not be downplayed and watered down for your safety, we are not tip-toeing topics out here.
Edit: okay yes might've come off rude I will admit, but just please! stay safe online, just be aware of what you're consuming and who you engage with online and be careful. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE if you end up seeing something explicit or upset you on an (18+) listed profile
note to self: even if I can't make something fully cohesive atm, just keep scribbling for now until I get well adjusted on how to maneuver my pen on pc
-trying to see how the quality translates from pc screenshot to post (update: very blurry)
I don't usually like to draw on pc since it feels like I'm on work mode and can't put ma legs up to draw, but I still want to draw with my friends so....
i DO believe that a good writer can make mischaracterization work. oh there's a character who doesn't normally cry? figure it out!! disect the character. make the situation cryable for them. make that character cry ugly tears even if it goes against their very nature. YOU CAN MAKE IT WORK!!!
A great piece of advice I've seen is "Don't fixate about what the character would never do. Think about the circumstances that would drive them to do this, even if they wouldn't normally."
Heyya, just wanna say I'm obsessed with your art style, how'd you come up with it? Its like so simple but so nice and cool. I havent been drawing in a while and cant rly doodle well either and I've been trying to make am art style thats simple but looks pretty nice and your art style is literally that. Ofc I'm not trying to copy its just I need inspiration. Sorry for the rambling and thanks for reading this <3
The way I draw rn is just made up of all things that I've consumed all these years from different artists that I also liked the way they draw. I just pick and choose and combine them and add my own gimmick.
Some artists that I can remember that inspired me and why: [click here]
(this is gonna be a long ramble anon)
-before, I actually used to draw with clean lineart and make fully shaded artworks, but doing that really burnt me out most of the time and I barely post unless it looked perfect (it more felt like I was performing for an audience rather than making stuff for my own enjoyment), but because of my friends irl I started to just let it loose and draw very self indulgent ideas not thinking how perfect the end product would look like
(also would it be funny if I said that another reason why I started to draw very messy is cause of ai out of spite- I used to have a perfectionist mindset but because of the current spread of ai made me realise I'm too hard on myself on trying to have a "perfect artstyle" and at the end of the day, I just want to see my favourite characters kiss and have that horny tension now and thenยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ and ai can't replicate an artist's raw desire)
Maybe it's just me but I find it comforting when I see artists make mistakes in their artworks, cause regardless of some details being incomplete/missing I still loved it from first impression, and I'm mostly down for whatever story that an artist is trying to convey, sometimes I find the mess more alive like an artist is really excited and determined to deliver their ideas and I do enjoy that.
-I'm NOT saying that pursuing for a cleaner style of drawing is a bad thing btw๐ค, what I'm trying to say is that do whatever feels more comfortable for you, whichever feels more natural and easy for your ideas to come out. which in my case I find being messy more freeing for my mind and it matches my pace cause I WILL admit that I am lazy, and if I stick to one drawing for far too long I end up getting bored and dropping it entirely (โ ใฅ -โฝ-;) (y'all can probably tell the pattern here-)
-also if your just drawing for fun, I think it's best to keep experimenting and explore different ways to draw instead of looking for that one and only "artstyle", as an artist we all make progress one way or another be it slow or fast, having a mindset of sticking to one artstyle prevents you from progressing. What I'm saying is just have fun, find ways that makes drawing not feel like a chore
(ever get that feeling when you doodle on your notes it ends up like a masterpiece, but when done digitally it looks wonky, it's because thats perfectionism talking!๐ซต Try getting used to being messy digitally apply your freedom mindset from scratch paper to the screen, cause yeah thats the mindset that I did to what your seeing right now)
Feel free to be inspired of my works ^^)
As for the way how I draw here's my thought process below: (HEADS UP THIS IS A LAZY TIP btw as an artist like me who takes shortcuts)
Lineart: if I want to make it feel harsh (use black or dark colors for lineart)
-if I want it to feel lighthearted and cozy(use warm colors)
-if I don't feel like drawing something, I cut it out (literary) example the limbs, neck, torso ect. HECK LETS BE CREATIVE WHILE LAZY WHILE WERE AT IT!! Slap some furnitures or accessories in front to hide part you don't want to draw. or just create characters that don't have a body (this can also benefit you by pushing you out of comfort zone to try being expressive without certain limbs) another one is I don't like drawing plain circle as a head, so I added a paper on mc to make it more fun and challenging.
-always find ways to challenge yourself for fun
-I use eraser more than the undo button since sometimes certain lines turns out looking good and I leave it like that and adjust around it.
-if some part looks lacking, I add more lines, textures, add more chaos!!
Does it mean you can skip learning the fundamentals?
No (in order to take shortcuts, you at least have to know or have a good grasp of the fundamentals of art in order to break them or find a shortcut)
-if you get bored on learning the fundamentals just like me (sometimes) try to apply learning it while ALSOโ๏ธ putting your favourite characters along with it, (and it really helps) example if you don't like backgrounds, draw your fav character interacting with the background, that way it doesn't feel like a chore and your learning at the same time. (I used to dislike backgrounds but now I enjoy it)
-never stop experimenting or trying something new.
-don't stress too much on the details (if it's not the main focus the details can be minimal)
-learn to be good at observing details that you like from other artists and apply that trait in your works and experiment from there.
-if you have an idea but too embarrassed to execute it, do it anyways, (make it because you๐ซต want to see it, cause that idea๐ซต if not written, will dissapear)
I dunno how to explain the whole process on how I draw, so imma just drop a speedpaint here on how I do it: (and u can analyze it from here)
Columbina being silly is SUCH A SWEET TREAT FOR ME AAAAAAAAA MY GUUURL!!!๐ญ๐๐๐๐

This is the second half of the Anniversary AMA Special from Patreon. Check out part 1 here!
Development for the next update is already underway!
I previously mentioned that I needed to clean up the game's code before getting started, and it has genuinely made the development process much faster for me. The first weekly development update for Day 3 is already available on Patreon, and everyone else will be able to see it next week. That said, I'll be sharing fewer screenshots of new scenes this time around.
You'll also be getting some updates about the store and upcoming merchandise soon, so please be a little patient! I'm carefully checking the quality of every product before approving them. Some are already finished, while others are still on their way. I'll be sharing photos as soon as everything arrives.
Finally, a quick reminder: please don't use the moderators' ask boxes for questions, complaints, or reports about the game or unauthorized merchandise. I'll be providing an email address soon where you can send that information directly to me.
The moderators are here to help manage and organize this blog. On their personal blogs, however, they are simply fans and content creators with their own interests and opinions. The development of the game is still entirely my responsibility, so I kindly ask that you respect the moderators' personal spaces.

Neko: She's talking about her parents here
Neko: Yes, she's trying to imitate his voice here, but it doesn't sound anything like him.
I don't recall you ever talking about it, sooo ๐๐
I actually brainstormed a design for my persona first before I thought of a nickname, like example I think of a specific theme and then I create a design around it and then just wing it from there.
(But the thing is- I always think of food so all the names I could think of always includes a food in it)
-first design was a red cape little guy (draft name is red licorice but the design is too detailed to make quick funny skits so I had to redesign it including name)
-I liked the glasses tho so that part sticked through the whole brainstorm process, next theme I could think of is red cherry or cherry bomb, I dunno when, but in between I just decided to yeet the whole cherry design idea and just slapped the previous scarf design and glasses but still used a cherry based nameโฆand turned it pink cause it looked cooler- and cherribet just kinda sticks after that
