How to disappear
snoopy of the day
blocking everyone posting about moon day because of the us-centrism radiating from the post that started it
“I felt very sad so I sat down. I felt so sad that I rested my head on my own knees and smoothed my own head. I felt so sad I couldn’t imagine feeling any other way again. I said, I don’t like this. I don’t want to do this anymore. And I went back to lying in bed, just before the doorbell rang.”

i need to kick the cat out of my bedroom for sleep 😭 he's too nervous 🥺
maybe all the anger i've been feeling for a year nonstop will actually help me heal. maybe all the anger is worth something, and not merely a symptom of burnout
learning that constantly thinking about and analyzing and interpreting my traumas isn’t actually healing . and don’t get me wrong its made me a very effective communicator and emotionally intelligent person. but actually im supposed to be moving on and experiencing new things and happiness and stuff and not just compulsively reliving and recontextualizing the past. oops!
The most basic, intractable fact about mental illnesses is that you simply cannot willpower your way out of them. The only exceptions to this rule are the ones I have, which continue to disable me due to lack of determination and other grave personal flaws
