                    they’ve come a long way since those  betty draper season five  comments cheryl had made about the blonde .  it’s not something she’s going to admit to the others face ,  or really anyone elses ,  but at least she knows they have .  so ,  seeing betty on the floor of the girls bathroom ,  a complete mess    (  which ,  by the way ,  totally deserved some unnecessary ,  sarcastic comment ,  but cheryl has recently unlocked the  filter ability   &   keeps her mouth shut for once !  ) .    ‘ it’s just a jacket . ’    now ,  they  both  knew that was a lie ,  but warmth made most things better   &   consider this as her  paying it forward  for that one time veronica consoled her at the pep ralley .  red jacket slips off her before being placed over the blondes shoulders as she   (  very  reluctantly  )   took a seat on the cold tiles ,  hand gently rubbing small circles on her cousins back in silence for a moment before finally speaking up .    ‘ so !  are you going to tell me what’s wrong ?  or does my extremely generous act of kindness go without compensation ? ’    ....    ‘ wait ,  is there  another  tiny cooper on the way ? ’

      ‘twas  ALWAYS  the odd relationship between the two of them  ,   but in the end  ?   if betty were to be  STUCK  with any of her family members  ,   it’d be the redhead  .   she’s perhaps the  only  one of all her family members who got her  ,    and well  -  she wasn’t a  DUMBASS  .    betty did  ,   all in all  ,   feel  SAFER  in cheryl’s hands than she ever did their uncle’s  .   blue eyes look up from her phone  ,   hair in a messy bun  ,   and a cup of tea in her other hand  .     ❛  enough to fit four  ,   i would assume ?  ❜   brow raises  ,   she’s already thinking of possibilities  .     ❛  honda crv  .   brown  .   uncle already has an old one we can use  .   anything else  ,   cheryl ?  ”  

                    it wasn’t the greatest position for either of them to be involved in ,  two  teenage girls  being handed the family business   &   expected to run it as if they  ALSO  weren’t tackling school on the side ,  but they were making do ,   &   at least it was betty she was stuck with .  it could’ve been a whole lot worse .    ‘ obviously .  sending these idiots out in groups  SMALLER  than four would be more beneficial ,  but alas ,  the more we bring in ,  the less competent they get . ’    they weren’t all bad ,  of course ,  just some of their little puppets were a little more ...  simpleminded than others .    ‘ not particularly .    ----    though make sure to have a switch car ready too ,  i don’t care what kind ,  something simple ,  though . ’
