♤ Extremely Slow Artist ♧ Inconsistent artstyle ◇ I post a lot of dumb cringe and self-insert things ☆ EN twst (stuck on book 6 (ד ྊ ד )) but I read spoilers sometimes so idk
I almost automatically tagged Idia HAHAHAH so, to change things up a bit, I drew Malleus!!! I was afraid I wouldn't do his facecard justice, but in the end it was SO MUCH fun to do this drawing!!! Honestly, it's kind of my favorite drawing! But I still love Idia, don't worry
two very tall very nice guys told her so it must be true
First two pages were uploaded earlier on my Patreon , more comics are coming :D I really enjoyed making this and want to practice more! Also finally used my Yuu lol
not sure if this is something you'd want to address, but there is a user on tiktok claiming that you wrote a problematic smut fic and urging people to block you. they provided no proof, saying "it'd be hard to find".
(I don't think what someone writes is a reflection of their moral character for the most part, but that's neither here nor there. the tiktok fandom just usually seems to think otherwise.)
no bad feelings or anything here, just figured I'd let you know in case you werent aware!
Hello and thank you for bringing this to my attention. A few others had actually alerted me before you did, but I appreciate it regardless. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to respond when I got the initial report, but I think it’s come to a point where I have to.
Before I get into things, I want to stress to everyone to please read the entire post before commenting. Do NOT harass anyone involved, especially the OP I will mention (albeit I have taken the liberty to censor their username). Do NOT go around demanding for other Twst creators or fans to take sides. If you go against my wishes, then I condemn that behavior; it does not represent me or what I stand for.
This post does not exist to send hatred to anyone. It exists only because there are lies and misinformation being spread about myself and my character, and I want to clear that up. I tried to cover everything to the best of my ability, but please note that some parts may be rushed or lacking, as the situation was quickly evolving and escalating while I was drafting this. There is also a Google Doc version of this post, if you prefer that (although the formatting there isn't consistent).
Everything is below the cut. Be warned that explicit subject matter such as rape, CNC (consensual non-consent), sexual assault, NTR (cucking), sexual harassment, and pedophilia will be brought up, as this is an important part of the discussion. I will not be sugarcoating any of it, as I believe that detracts from the seriousness of what's going on. I would typically also add these trigger warnings as tags, but I excluded them this time as I feel (with my name being smeared like this) I need to get the word out there. It is still up to the individual if they want to proceed below Read More or to the linked document, so I feel that this is a safe compromise.
The Inciting Incident
On Thursday, May 14th (last week), I received a DM from an individual who shall remain anonymous upon their request. They reported that there was a Tumblr post which OP accused me of things without providing any evidence. They then provided the following screenshot, as OP had me blocked so I was otherwise unable to view their posts.
(Only the first paragraph and the final paragraph in the screencap will be relevant for the purposes of this post. The second paragraph goes into the grievances OP has with another user, which I won’t get into.)
On the same day, the same OP would then go on to make a Tiktok (their Tumblr username and Tiktok username are the same) with similar accusations. I will not be including the Tiktok itself in this post, as it would reveal the identity of the accuser. I will also not be including screencaps, as OP has used a watermarked speed drawing of them working on a Twst character for the video of their Tiktok. This is the transcript of said Tiktok:
If you know Raven at the writing desk
Aka the person who makes character analysis of the [Twst characters]
she’s a pretty popular person on Tumblr
Content Warning: mentions of r-pe.
I’m just letting you know that she wrote CNC / R-pe about Epel X Vil/Rook sm-t
And made a weird sm-t fic between Malleus, Yuu and Sebek.
Since I was going through her stuff because I liked it at the time and stumbled upon that Pomefiore sm-t fic
And it was Epel being forced to do something.
If one were to look at the comments sections and shares on the Tumblr post and Tiktok, most, if not all, comments are blindly believing OP’s claims even though OP fails to provide any kind of proof and is vague in their statements. For example, in the Tiktok, they describe a Malleus, Yuu, and Sebek smut fic as “weird” without describing what was actually “weird” about it. At various points in their replies to comments, OP firmly repeats their claims several times over and also continues to make vague claims such as “it was a while ago” and “it’s probably difficult to find [proof]”.
More recently, on May 19th (this week), OP made and publicly posted this document, which they themselves refer to as a “callout” in the title of the document. To summarize, the (new) claims made in it are the following:
“She is a predator”
“The non-con Epel fic still exists”
“She has been weird surrounding Leona and Jade”
“The messages in her Discord server are either deleted or gone”
“She talks about shirtless dudes”
“[She] referred to herself as ‘Eel thot’”
“She has allowed a bunch of minors in )where she talked about NSFW and has ‘Eel thot’ as her tag [...] and a member as young as 13”
OP then goes on to include screencaps to prove their points. Many pages in the document are made of up images like the following in an effort to prove a history of writing “weirder fics”. If you check OP’s document now, these have been removed:
That's the most up-to-date on the on-going situation, although I am informed OP is continuing to post Tiktoks with even more false claims in them, such as “there’s no NSFW channel in [my] Discord server”. It's impossible for me to keep updating based on the rate at which they are churning these out, so I'm going to primarily sick to talking about the initial 3 posts.
Now that you understand what the accusations are, I hope that you’ll allow me the space and time to address them.
The Primary Offending Posts
There’s two key accusations being made; I’ll address them one at a time, then get to the others.
“She wrote CNC / rape Epel x Vil/Rook smut”; “And it was Epel being forced to do something”
I believe this is the post OP is referencing. In case you don’t feel comfortable reading the contents, the summary is that I did NOT write what OP is claiming I did. If you reference the post, it is an anonymous user who shared their own thoughts about Azul x Tweels and Vil x Rook. Their final comment in the ask speaks to Vil possibly “seek[ing] Epel” and “forcing [Epel] to please [Vil]” while Rook watches. The only comment I made back was that I wish I was in Azul or Vil’s place, only because I had an interest in Jade and Rook at the time, as they were my favorite characters. It isn’t really conveyed clearly in the single post, but I tend to use strikeout font when I’m trying to be lighthearted or to shift the conversation topic to something else if I find the initial topic uncomfortable. I even comment at the end of my reply that the fandom can be out of control with their horniness at times.
OP simultaneously accuses me of writing both CNC (consensual non-consent) and rape, which are just not equivalent. CNC is defined by there being consent given, whereas there is no consent at all involved in rape. The two are mutually exclusive, but OP seems to be confusing them as synonyms.
OP states that “the non-con Epel fic still exists”, as if that is meant to be proof of something. I have almost 11k posts on this blog, and this post is from 5 (almost 6) years ago; I do not regularly go back to prune old posts, and nor do I promote my old materials. I also just generally do not believe in deleting posts, as I value transparency. That means leaving things up, even if they’re embarrassing or no longer reflect who I am.
And what would have happened if I had deleted the post anyway? I feel like OP would still point to the deleted post and claim, “See? It’s gone now, so that’s proof that she’s guilty”. The goalposts would keep shifting. (Ironically, OP does claim that there are supposedly “weird” deleted Discord messages, so I think my suspicion is not unfounded.)
“[she] made a weird smut fic between Malleus, Yuu, and Sebek”
I believe this is the post OP is referencing this time. In it, an anonymous user talks about a scenario where Malleus takes Sebek’s partner in his bed and Sebek watches. There’s a drabble as a response, which I did write, taking anon’s idea as inspiration. Looking back on it now, it’s… not my best work, and I can’t say I’m “proud” of this piece.
I may be failing to see something here, but what is "weird" about this? From my understanding, cucking is a fairly common kink. I understand that it’s not necessarily something everyone likes, approves of, or seeks out, but no one is forcing you to consume it. This is why tags exist, so people can filter out what they dislike and don’t wish to be exposed to.
By the way, OP admits to making NSFW (or at the very least, suggestive content) themselves:
The Timing of it
If you haven’t noticed by now, both of the offending posts linked above are from over 5 years ago. In fact, the majority of my explicit content originates from around that time period. By August of 2021 (maybe sooner, I’m not entirely sure myself), I had stopped writing NSFW entirely. One of OP’s screencaps event confirms this (it's a post of someone asking for certain posts to have an additional tag):
I also want to point out that most, if not all, of the screencaps of the "weird" stuff from the past don't even show my own responses; asks generally tend to lead with the ASKER'S words, not the BLOG OWNER'S words. I believe posts lead with the blog owner's words if they are not responding to any ask but rather making an original post.
If you look under the NSFW tag on my blog (#writing desk after dark), you can also confirm that my most recent posts (I’d say within the last 3-4 years?) are relatively tame. Suggestive at best, but nothing explicit and certainly no smut. I believe OP entirely misrepresented me by bolding “November 2024” in their document, most likely to imply the explicit NSFW was being written much more recently when that’s simply not the case.
This gets a little personal, but please bear with me for a second. The reason why I stopped doing NSFW content was because I realized (after a while of replying to asks of that nature) that I was actually extremely uncomfortable and had to force myself to get through them. This was actually how I discovered that I’m asexual (ie I experience little to no sexual attraction). ~5ish years ago, I hadn’t had my sexual identity sorted out, but felt pressured to conform to allosexual (ie “regular” sexual attraction) norms, because that’s what society expects and demands of you.
If you know an asexual person yourself or even read up about them, it’s VERY common for them to feel “broken” or “like they don’t belong”. They may try to act “normal” in an effort to fit in, only to find themselves repulsed and/or struggling with the act of “normalcy”. This was my own experience as well, so I shut it down.
I’m aware that this isn’t something I can “prove”, since sexuality is something you can’t really… see? But again, I urge you to look at the NSFW tag or even #tw // suggestive tag on my blog. There is a documented history of me, especially in the past few years, acting cagey around subjects such as sex and even characters being in a state of undress. I usually try to change the subject, make it lighthearted, shift it to a more objective scientific standpoint, or even ask my audience to please not get into the details.
I don’t know about you, but 5 years ago is a long time for anyone, and a lot can change in that period. Think about what you were like 5 years ago, or what you may be like 5 years from now. Chances are, it’s going to be drastically different, right? So I don’t think it’s entirely fair to judge someone–anyone–on the things they did and said from back then (unless, of course, said person has shown you that they haven’t changed at all).
“She has been weird surrounding Leona and Jade” / “She talks about shirtless dudes”
“Weird” is such a vague descriptor that I cannot properly counter their points because there isn’t anything specific being brought up. If OP is referring to me being passionate about the characters, then… yes? Wouldn’t anyone be excited when they’re talking about their favorite characters? And as I mentioned in the previous section, I have demonstrated discomfort around sexualizing the characters in recent years, even Leona, who is on the older side of the main cast and often gets sexualized by the fandom anyway (which I wholeheartedly disagree with; his character is genuinely really interesting and I’ve made it no secret that I enjoy his writing outside of book 2).
It is true that there was discussion of the Twst characters in the blog Discord server, but not exactly shirtless? I recall there was a conversation over which outfit and character was showing the most exposed chest (which is, in of itself, not necessarily NSFW; guys have exposed chests for various reasons and settings, like the beach). One server member sillily suggested that they use math to solve the matter, so there ended up being a scientific bend to it. The results of their calculations can be viewed here. This was done out of curiosity, not thirst. (Keep in mind, this isn’t a common or everyday subject; this was a topic that came up because many of the server members were surprised at how much skin Vil was exposing in his Cozy Clothes card, because typically he’s dressed in a more conservative way.)
P.S. I would include screencaps of the conversation(s) we had, but there were various people involved and with the situation blowing up as it currently is, I want to get this out and address the allegations ASAP rather than wait on everyone to give me their blessings to proceed with screenshotting their messages.
Anyway, if we’re going after people for talking about shirtless boys then many, MANY in the Twst fandom would be guilty of this.
The Discord Server
While I cannot disprove a negative (ie the supposedly “deleted”/”gone” messages), there’s so many misrepresentations in this part that it damages the credibility of the first claim.
It’s true that minors are allowed in the server and that there is a NSFW channel called "writing-desk-after-dark". I don’t even think we started off with a NSFW channel; it was added by popular demand since server members wanted a space dedicated to it, and we of course didn’t just allow anyone in. If someone tries to talk about anything remotely NSFW outside of the appropriate channel, it is quickly shut down or at least redirected to the correct place for it. If you say you’re a minor in your introductory profile (or don’t give one at all), then you aren’t granted access to the NSFW channel by default; it is locked and I don’t think you can even see it.
To access the NSFW channel, you need a specific 18+ only role assigned to you by a mod, that being the “Eel Thot” role. (This is why you see the tag on my profile, because I, as a mod, wanted to demonstrate the ‘right’ way of going about getting access to the 18+ channel.) The name comes from a portmanteau of “eel + thought”, and while the phrase was used a few times in the early days to tease one another, it quickly stopped and we don’t use it anymore. I believe it was phased out around the same time I stopped writing NSFW things due to discomfort.
We have similar locked channels to contain content that may not be palatable to minors or even adults who want to avoid certain topics. These include roles like “Yanny” for yandere content and “Angst Juice Drinker” for angst, which you will also see in the screenshotted post of my Discord account. These are also roles you have to specifically request to receive.
For what it's worth, the server has always had a rule which bans content involving pedophilia, incest, and rape. Admittedly, this is 1 out of 10 rules in a single message, but the other 9 rules aren't relevant. I also want to point out that the message which states the rules is edited, but only to correct for grammar and spelling and/or to add new rules. (Rule 10 states that mods can update and/or revise the rules.)
White Woman
This is honestly the least of my concerns amid the other accusations, but I find it very strange that OP describes me as a “white woman”. I’m not sure where they got that idea in their heads from. If I am being considerably less charitable, I can only assume their wording implies OP themselves is non-white and is relying on the “white woman oppressing people of color” narrative in order to more easily vilify me.
Sorry to burst OP’s bubble, but I am not, in fact, white. I’m actually a woman of color and am considered a minority in my country of residence. I don’t feel that this is something I need to “prove”, because anyone that has known me for a while would pick up on it. I have, for example, alluded to my non-whiteness in posts such as (towards the end of) this analysis.
To be clear, I'm not stating my non-whiteness as proof of innocence or to exonerate myself, but rather to point out how ridiculous OP's claims are.
Trauma and Content = Character
I do not mean to talk down to or demean OP’s experiences with sexual trauma. I have unfortunately been a victim myself, so I know what it’s like. The betrayal, the sorrow, the guilt, the rage, the shame, the distrust, the struggle to return to a sense of “normalcy”. All of it. It’s awful, it fucks with your sense of safety, and I would never wish it upon even my worst enemy. I say this not to compete in some imaginary pity Olympics, but so I can say I sympathize with OP in this regard. Nothing that I say in this post or beyond is meant to invalidate OP’s experiences. They are, and always will be, the truth.
OP is right to be offended by the material they came across. They are allowed to be uncomfortable with whatever subjects they wish and to avoid them. (Admittedly, I wish I had a better and more specific tagging system in place from early on to avoid this.) Everyone is allowed to make these decisions for themselves, and I will never fault anyone for setting their own boundaries. Heck, I’ve become increasingly comfortable with being stern and telling off people who break my blog rules and make me uncomfortable with the subjects they pitch–but I don’t think anyone should use their trauma to inflict more hurt onto others, even if that hurt is of a different kind than what we experienced ourselves.
Is that not a core theme of Twst too? That even though we’re personally hurting, it’s not justification to go out there and make others hurt as well. If the media we produce and/or consume is supposed to accurately reflect the character of the person making and/or consuming it, then why does it seem like this lesson wasn’t taken to heart here?
This is like saying playing violent video games makes those that play violent, even though the vast majority of those that do are not so + the literature on this has never definitively indicated this is the case. If content consumed/made reflects you, does hat make all horror movie staff and/or watchers serial killers? Does that make all violent video game devs and/or players dangers to society? Let’s make it more specific to Twst. If your favorite character is Riddle, does that mean you also have explosive fits of rage? If you like Vil, Leona, or any character that attempted murder, does that make you an attempted murderer? The Twst devs wrote and made assets for all the cards and the main story. Does that mean everything that transpires in Twst is approved of by the devs? Why is it only the sexual content that suddenly becomes an accepted indicator of one’s morality or character? This just feels like cherry-picking to me.
“For anyone who’s not into that kind of stuff and wanna let others know”; “Anyways just wanted to let you know, bye”
I can’t claim to know what OP was thinking or feeling before posting what they did, but their actions don’t read to me as wanting to do a favor for the fandom. They read as intentionally malicious.
Why else would they make a Tumblr post about me, and then continue their crusade on Tiktok when their initial Tumblr post didn’t get the traction they wanted? Why else would they be liking comments speaking ill of me and asking to be given more information about the bad things I supposedly did or said? Why else would they make a whole Google Document slandering me? Why would they wait over 5 years to say something if they’re so concerned about my behavior? Why else would OP continue to make these false allegations on Tiktok, where their views go seemingly unchallenged? Why else would they throw around the word PREDATOR so lightly?
Words have meaning, and by casually throwing them around like this, OP is casting real child predators in a black and white light and diminishing what it means to actually be one. They’re implying it’s “easy” to spot them (as easy as pointing out everyday rudeness, since they mixed their initial claim with a claim of an act of rudeness committed towards OP). This actually makes it much more difficult to identify real predators because the label is already being applied to anyone you personally don’t like. If you call anything that’s red an apple, then apples lose their true identity and blend into a sea of “apples” (anything red). It becomes all the harder to spot a real apple.
I also find it highly suspect that OP claims it is “difficult” to find proof, yet they seemingly made no effort to locate said proof. It’s very easy to go under the NSFW tag on my blog and CTRL + F ing to search by key word. They seemingly did not do this and instead did the bare minimum when it comes to finding evidence, not even bothering to link back to the two offending posts, which I had to do myself.
It feels like this was all done in an attempt to attack me out of spite, rather than out of pure concern for others. I think that OP never liked me or came to strongly dislike me at some point and felt they needed a “big” reason to justify their stance, even if that meant making things up.
To be clear, I don’t care one way or another if anyone dislikes me or my content. I would like to think I try my best to be an advocate for free (but critical) thinking and variety in thought, so I would never want to suppress an opinion that differs from mine. However, that doesn’t mean it gives them or anyone else the right to make whatever baseless accusations they want.
I’d like to now take the time to address some common questions I feel may pop up, even after reading everything above. Some information is repeated to make sure it gets across + to target readers who skimmed.
FAQ
“Why did you make this public? Why not settle it privately with OP?”
Technically, OP made it public by naming me and attaching the allegations to my name. OP preemptively blocked me and then moved to spread their rhetoric on Tiktok (I don’t have an account), so I wasn’t even able to see their post until skeptical followers reported it to me. Additionally, I don’t believe it is appropriate for someone who was blocked to still approach and try to initiate contact with the blocker, as that can put the blocker’s mental health and sense of safety at risk. Blocking is a means of imposing personal boundaries, and I always want to respect that.
Even had I approached OP in private somehow, this would not magically correct the misinformation they already spread about me. It also does not guarantee OP would go out there and spread the truth once they learned it. It would actually give OP power over the narrative and control of how much of it goes out. I therefore thought it would be better if you heard my side of the story directly from me.
“Why didn’t you respond sooner?”
1) Because I have a life outside of this blog and I was busy living it,
2) It takes time to gather evidence,
and 3) I’m not an impulsive person, so I know how to temper my emotions and think through what I say and do before I proceed to actually act on them. If I had replied right away, my response may not have been as articulate or might have been lacking evidence.
“Why are your offensive posts still up now if you say you’re not proud of them and they don’t reflect you in the present? Why don’t you delete them?”
I leave my old posts up (even if I think they are no longer an accurate reflection of my opinions or skills as a writer) because it’s important to me to have a record of how I started, where I came from, and how far I have come now. I think people who frequent this blog also have that right. It’s not even specifically about the content I put out, but it’s also nice to see how I’ve gone from simple and shy one-sentence responses to much lengthier posts with more of my personality incorporated into them. The posts show how I have progressed as a person through the years.
I also think this is a “doomed if I do, doomed if I don’t” situation. What would have happened if I deleted the offending posts? Then I would have been accused of “getting rid of evidence” and I still would have been deemed guilty. But if I don’t delete anything, then I get the same label anyway. I wouldn’t win no matter what I do.
“How can we believe the claims you made about your sexuality and change of heart without proof?”
It’s very hard to prove something you cannot see (unlike the posts, which you can see). I’m also not about to pull more people into this mess by asking others to be character witnesses. If they choose to, that’s entirely their prerogative. If they choose not to, then I don’t blame them because I understand wanting to keep to myself and my own space.
I admit that there’s no real way to prove my claims about who I am as a person; I can only hope that you are able to tell my shift in character through the posts I have made these past years.
“So… what now?”
Ideally, I’d like to move on from this after clearing the air. I realize that people may still have things to say or ask on the matter, but I don’t want my blog to be overtaken by constantly addressing follow-ups. It took a huge emotional and mental toll on me to write the rebuttal post you’re currently reading, and I honestly don’t know if I have it in me to continue this via a string of sequel asks. I had to expose what I consider to be deeply personal information about myself (my sexuality, my experience with sexual assault) and, as a normally very private person, that was and continues to be very stressful.
I will be stepping away from the blog until at least the end of May to early June. To be clear, I am NOT running away or intentionally avoiding the situation. The break is because the timing of the accusations happens to overlap with something I’ve been planning for several weeks with irl friends, and this has cast a dark cloud over that. I want to focus on giving my attention to those events and those relationships, because they are very important to me.
For complete transparency, I will be pinning this post in my absence so anyone that comes across my blog can see it, read it, and judge for themselves how they want to proceed, if at all. I will also be leaving the inbox open with anonymous asks off for my own peace of mind. If you are being hateful then I’ll just block, as I am not obligated to respond or project that same hatred into the world. If you dislike me and/or my content so much, then do not force yourself to engage. There are better things you could be doing with your time and energy.
NOTE: If you see other posts going up between now and my planned return, those have been queued from days to months ago to go live on their own. I am not replying to those posts or making new posts live (with the exclusion of the June 2026 JP schedule, as I do like to write those out as a monthly reference for myself).
TL;DR: Someone in this fandom with a deep hatred for Raven decided to lie and invent abhorrent things about her in an attempt to cancel her across multiple platforms, while failing to provide any evidence, yet repeatedly asking people to spread their misinformed call-out posts, which some people have done without questioning.
Hi everyone. Excuse my recent hiatus as I am currently travelling, as some of you may know. My followers most likely do not know me as an emotional or angry person, so I apologize in advance for the tone I’m about to use. Don’t read any further if you find drama upsetting and stressful - so do I, and normally I keep this blog strictly free of drama and distressing subject matter. But I simply cannot just stand by and watch this go down. And I think this will also serve as a good lesson on how to identify misinformation, so let’s begin.
For the sake of respecting Raven’s request, I will not name the person, but it will likely be easy to find them should you decide to search their post content. Again, please do not harass the accuser (further referred to as OP for convenience), as the best case scenario would be for everyone to simply ignore the posts +/- block them. I, too, will only be making this one post regarding the matter before returning to my usual posts.
Most things have already been addressed by Raven adequately, so I will focus on expanding on certain points.
As a brief recap, let me organize things in a timeline.
May 14 - OP makes their first post trying to cancel Raven for an “Epel CNC rape fic”, along with another member of the fandom for a different reason, whom I will keep anonymous for their privacy. There are several issues in this post which Raven has already mentioned, but of note, OP provides no evidence - no screenshots, no links - and just asks people to spread it around.
They also quickly begin fixating on Raven after this, I assume because people are only reacting to the Raven part of the post. OP likely realizes which topic could farm more engagement and turns to TikTok later. The other user they tried to cancel is never mentioned again.
I have to comment on it because accusing Raven of being a white woman is insane because she has never claimed to be one, nor is she one. I and many others can confirm this. This is suspicious of an attempt to slap an extra “white oppressor” label onto Raven so as to further justify inviting people to hate her.
This post failed to gain much traction on Tumblr (60 notes at the time of writing - 8 replies, 22 reblogs, 30 likes). In the replies screenshotted below, OP insists Raven “did that” and that the “weird post is still there,” but never supplies any proof of its existence
The same day, OP makes a TikTok with a speedpaint of their art in the background with overlaid captions as written in Raven’s post. At the time of writing, this TikTok has 7180 views, 890 likes and 43 comments, many of which are people acting shocked but not asking for any proof. While this is not viral by TikTok standards (to my knowledge), I believe 800+ likes and 40+ comments is still significant enough for concern. OP continues to avoid giving evidence, staying vague and claiming “it’s hard to find,” while replying to and liking comments. One of these comments claims they have more dirt on Raven, namely from her Discord server, and OP excitedly requests for the info in DMs. This “info” will be used later in their Google doc. All of this can be seen below, including one screenshot where OP likes every comment agreeing with them and ignores the only one calling them out/asking for more info.
May 19 - OP drops a Google document. This document is 3 pages at the time of writing. They have edited it several times since I began writing this, but I have included screenshots of the current version I see. Again, they include no concrete evidence of anything, while throwing around accusations of Raven “acting weird” and being a “predator.” OP still never links the offending fic that they insist still “exists.” We will get into this document in detail later.
The same day, OP makes yet another TikTok with captions overlaid on a speedpaint, asking people to please spread the news, this time including the info about Raven’s discord server “allowing minors” and not having a NSFW channel (which is false). They remain consistent with providing no evidence for their claims. At this point, they have made 4 posts trying to cancel Raven, with possibly more on the way. It is very suspicious of farming engagement if you ask me, and possibly using the engagement to promote their art, because I do not think a speedpaint of a TWST character in the background of a predator call-out is remotely appropriate for something this serious. This TikTok has been deleted at the time of writing, but should anyone doubt my claims, I have backed up the video and am willing to share upon request, on the condition that you do not harass OP as you may recognize the art in the background speedpaint. The transcription is as below, copied word for word:
Raven at the Writing Desk is a pr-dator that allows members as young as 13 YEARS OLD
To be in her Discord Server where she talks about suggestive topics
especially regarding Leona
And have a discord tag such as “Eel Thot” and other 18+ members gets that role
And if you already saw my previous post about Raven (who’s a prominent TWST creator) but if you didn’t,
spoilers to mention of non-con.
But she wrote a non-con fic about Epel and made another fic about Sebek, Yuu and Malleus. Which all of it is still there in her Tumblr blog.
Anyways, there’s a bunch of minors in her Discord Server where she talks about both Leona and Jade in a suggestive way and doesn’t have an NSFW channel
(not that it matters)
I have a Google doc (with a bunch of screenshots) and it will be greatly appreciated if it’s spread around
Now with the summary out of the way, let me get to my main points.
The “Hard to Find” Evidence
As Raven has made clear already, the only post that could be pinpointed as the “CNC rape fic” (ignoring how those two terms are polar opposite things) is this anon ask from 6 years ago (the date of posting is Aug 24, 2020; I believe Raven made a mistake saying that it is from 5 years ago - it’s actually even older). An anon ask, as in, an anon wrote it, NOT Raven herself. You can read the mentioned post and Raven’s explanation for yourself. She only wrote 2 sentences in response - hardly what you could consider a fic. She has stopped creating NSFW since 2020 for reasons she has already outlined.
To clarify: there is no such fic, only OP’s grossly exaggerated description of a 6 year old anon ask. OP made up a fic, inserted buzzwords, then used it as an excuse to cancel Raven. This is the equivalent of making up lies to cancel someone just because you hate them, like “Wow, I dislike this person, but I don’t have any real dirt on them, but I really want everyone else to hate them with me, so I am going to spread lies about them.”
But you might be asking, what if Raven’s lying and pulling out a similar post to cover up? Then let me demonstrate just how easy it is to search up the evidence that OP is claiming is “too hard to find.” OP’s own words claimed that “reblogs still exist,” implying it MUST exist somewhere on the internet, even if Raven deleted the original.
Let’s try her blog first then. Raven’s blog is very well organized and thoroughly tagged on every single post - this is easy to confirm if you just scroll on her blog and check the tags under each post. This makes our task very easy. Here is my attempt to find it using her blog’s known NSFW tag + Epel.
This took me roughly 10-15 seconds to do. Should we believe that OP can’t type into Raven’s blog’s search bar and do this in 10-15 seconds? I do not think ten seconds is much to add to the time it takes to write a call-out post. It likely costs more time for them to keep liking and replying to every comment on TikTok.
But since OP keeps claiming Raven deletes things (how convenient), then let’s try Google next to see if any reblogs of this fic shows up, because we know for a fact that Tumblr keeps reblogs even if the original gets deleted or edited. Surely not every single reblog got deleted, right? OP themselves confirmed it’s “still out there,” so clearly they saw it somewhere by the time they made this comment.
Above are my search results for “raven at the writing desk epel rook vil smut,” scrolled until things began to be entirely unrelated to TWST, with additional text describing the contents of links that seemed possibly questionable (I looked inside to confirm). I couldn’t find even a single relevant link that contained the fic that OP describes. I have also tried searching with alternative keywords of “rape,” “cnc,” “nsfw,” and still could not find anything of the sort. Evidently, Googling is more tedious, but I’d say still worth the effort for a situation this serious, wouldn’t it be?
So tell me, where is it? The reblogs that supposedly exist, the fic that they believe is “still out there” yet can’t be bothered to find on their own - where is it?
If searching Raven’s blog and using Google are both too hard or inaccessible for some reason, then (my own stance on AI aside) ChatGPT can also do it easily. Here are screenshots provided by a friend who asked ChatGPT 5.5 to find the relevant posts. You can see it finds the same posts that Raven included in her response.
So, through three whole different methods of searching for this “Epel CNC rape fic,” nothing has turned up beyond the posts Raven have linked. The fic does not exist anywhere, not on her own blog, or in any reblogs. At this point, I think it’s safe to say that OP is clearly lying, and lazy, because none of these methods take more than 10-15 minutes tops, maybe just a bit longer if you clicked every link to check.
OP, was the proof “hard to find,” or is it just that it simply doesn’t exist and you knew you had no way to produce evidence you didn’t have? OP has zero excuses for not trying, and it’s ironic that Raven and I had to produce the “evidence” for them. Please explain to me how the issue was important enough for OP to make not one, not two, but four call-out posts (and possibly more, I cannot be bothered to keep checking what else they’ve uploaded), yet NOT important enough for them to take a few minutes out of their day to look for evidence to add an ounce of credibility to the post. A call-out post for a supposed “dangerous person” with less than the bare minimum of effort put into it. Alright then.
I will ask in addition, had Raven actually written such a fic (which would be jarringly out of character for her) and posted it, wouldn’t at least someone remember seeing it? She has more than enough followers that at least some would’ve witnessed it (and have been shocked), and yet OP is seemingly the only person on the entire internet that has seen it, and refuses to show you the post while claiming it still “exists out there.” That alone should make them seem incredibly suspicious. OP also claims they saw this post in Nov 2024, so it’s unclear what prompted them in May 2026 to suddenly decide to make a call-out post.
Summary: This “CNC/rape Epel x Vil/Rook smut” fic that OP is trying to cancel Raven over does not exist and was completely invented by OP, so that their post would have shock value and fuel for people to blindly cancel Raven over something she never did. The only post that’s even close to it is an anon ask from 2020, which Raven only wrote 2 sentences in response to.
The Google Doc
Let’s dissect this Google doc, which I must admit is one of the most sloppily written ones I’ve ever seen. OP has unfortunately deleted some parts by the time I got around to writing this, but you can see the screenshots they originally included of Raven’s archive in Raven’s post above. I will walk you through what I can see currently (refer to my earlier screenshot), section by section.
The Discord Server
OP’s first point calls Raven out for allowing 13-17 year olds into her Discord server. Allowing minors into a server is not inherently a bad thing, many servers allow minors. Nor is it exclusive to Raven’s server to have an NSFW channel only accessible by confirming your age to receive a role - MANY servers do this. OP’s main points seem to be that Raven deserves to be called a predator because
Any minor can lie about their age to access this channel
She “talks about shirtless dudes” in it
She is “weird about Leona and Jade”
“Any minor can lie about their age”
Can minors lie about their age and gain access? Yes. But if that happens, the responsibility is on them. They would have to knowingly, deliberately lie about their age to access an adult space they are likely aware they should never be in. If you’re old enough to be on Discord (13+) and to deliberately lie like this, I assume you are doing it knowing it’s wrong and dangerous. The only way to truly confirm someone’s age is to force them to both 1. Show you their government issued ID, and 2. Show you their face to confirm that the ID belongs to them. Discord tried to do this a while ago and faced extreme backlash for a reason - it is NEVER a good idea to put your information on the internet like that, to a corporation like Discord, or to a stranger like a server mod. It is NOT safe, and it is not realistic to expect servers to implement this practice - people believe the age you provide, without demanding your identification documents, in good faith, and it’s on you to not lie.
Remember how OP’s second, now-deleted TikTok claimed the server does not have an NSFW channel (which is also inconsistent with their Google doc claiming there is an NSFW channel)? It’s true there is an NSFW channel - it’s right there in the sidebar if you have the role.
The server itself is SFW, with the rules clearly indicating the restrictions and rules surrounding mature content:
These rules are followed by server members and well-enforced by Raven and the mods. As in, there is not a risk of minors being exposed to NSFW content in the publicly accessible channels.
For one, the channel is invisible to users without the role (“Eel Thot”). Anyone who moderates a Discord server would know you can hide channels behind roles that need to be granted before one can even see it in the list. You need a very specific 18+ role, and the only way to obtain it is to ask Raven or a mod for it, and to confirm that you’re 18+. Here are several timestamped screenshots of different members requesting the role to prove this.
OP also seems to imply the 18+ role being “Eel Thot” is an alarming thing. I am not sure how this play on words is worth any attention. It existed before I ever joined the server, and Raven has already explained its origin, so I will not comment any further.
Here is an example of when Raven shut down NSFW in general chat and asked for it to be redirected to the NSFW channel.
This has happened more than once, whenever conversations started to become inappropriate. I have only included one example to keep this brief, but I can easily produce more if asked.
“She talks about shirtless dudes”
Back to OP’s other point. This is such a strange & meaningless accusation to make, much less to use as the foundation to call someone a predator.
Are shirtless male characters inherently NSFW? Twisted Wonderland itself has cards where characters range from having very low-cut shirts (e.g. Leona’s dorm uniform, Vil in Tapis Rouge, etc.) to being fully shirtless (e.g. Lost in the Book with Stitch Event). OP’s favourite character is Lilia, who physically looks like a young teen and would be assumed to be one by anyone unfamiliar with TWST. So, since the card below exists, does TWST fall under an 18+ category now? Then we better remove all minors from this fandom if that’s true. Not to mention OP provides not even one screenshot of Raven “talking about shirtless dudes,” so it’s impossible to tell what they mean.
“She’s weird about Leona and Jade.”
Okay and… any proof? Not even one screenshot? Ah, the messages are supposedly “deleted” - what, all of them? So they conveniently can’t find a single one? Again? OP, did you genuinely think I’d believe you writing two sentences then conveniently excusing yourself of any burden to provide proof by claiming “Oops sorry it’s gone, just take my word for it”? If that’s all it takes, what’s stopping someone else from claiming OP has made NSFW of minor characters, but that they deleted it so you can’t find it anymore, but it “definitely exists?”
“Weird” is also incredibly vague, and OP never elaborates on what they mean by it, or provides any proof of what is “weird.” Is finding someone “weird” a justification to harass or slander them? If someone at your school thought you were a bit off-putting and “weird,” is it okay for them to start publicly accusing you of being a predator too? I suspect OP expected people to believe them unconditionally because they included buzzwords like “rape” and “predator,” as if they add free credibility points.
Finally, OP tags on the previously mentioned “Epel rape fic” at the end of the doc, but now calls it “not as important” and then provides a link to Raven’s general NSFW tag. Not the fic itself - the ENTIRE TAG. I am not sure what they meant by this, because this still fails to prove the Epel fic exists, since they won’t link to the fic. Were they trying to make the reader manually sift through a whole tag to find it for them? If they meant for us to look at the tag and find offensive material, you can literally click the link, scroll, and realize there’s a whole bunch of nothing (handful of anon asks from here and there over the past few years), and that Raven has kept her word of not writing actual explicit content since her announcement in 2020.
Summary: Yes, minors are allowed in Raven’s server, but no, they do not have access to NSFW content. The server is properly moderated to ensure this. Additionally, the claims of Raven being “weird” are extremely vague, and cannot be interpreted in any way, as OP still provides zero evidence at all, including yet again not linking the “Epel rape fic” that they still want to convince you exists.
Closing
To summarize everything that has happened, a member of the TWST fandom has
Accused Raven of writing a “CNC/rape Epel x Vil/Rook smut” fic that does not exist. The closest thing is an anon’s ask from 6 years ago that still doesn’t contain what they’re claiming.
Accused Raven of being white, which she is not.
Tried to cancel Raven across at least 2 platforms (Tumblr and Tiktok) with at least 4 posts thus far. This is done while never, ever, providing evidence. They just claim the evidence is “hard to find” but “still out there.” I have demonstrated how easy it is to find the relevant posts, and nothing supports their claims.
Potentially used the drama to promote their own art by overlaying it on top of their own speedpaints for TikToks.
Accused Raven of being a predator, for “allowing 13-17 year olds into her server,” which has an NSFW channel that can only be accessed by explicitly requesting the role and confirming one’s age, and for “talking about shirtless dudes,” and “being weird about Leona and Jade,” both of which they again provide no proof of, or elaborate on what they mean.
I’m sure many of Raven’s long time followers already know her character, so I have faith that most will not believe OP’s claims. I, and many others familiar with her, can vouch for her character as well. She is not the person that OP is desperately trying to paint her as.
You may think that I’m bullying a smaller account by addressing this, and in such length too. No, I don’t think the posts exploded in popularity, but they still gained enough traction that some people believed it, and who knows who else they shared that info with, and then more. I do believe such misinformation and attacks on another person’s character must be addressed early before it spreads any further.
If you’re one of the people who believed in OP despite how unsubstantiated their claims are, I implore you to please exercise an ounce of critical thinking the next time you come across a post like theirs. Had anyone taken a look at the document before reblogging, they’d notice how poorly written it is, containing absolutely nothing that qualifies as evidence. Yes, it’s important to keep our communities safe, but there are unfortunately people who will make posts like these in a deliberate attempt to ragebait and farm clout, to make you forego rational thought by appealing to your emotions via using incendiary buzzwords like “rape” “pedophile” “predator”, while supplying little to no evidence, effectively making a joke out of these extremely serious matters. Those are not words to throw around lightly. And yet there are people like OP will do it for attention, for clout, for the sake of being seen as some “fandom hero” for calling someone out and to bask in the honour of receiving all the “oh my god thank you for telling me”s.
It has become extremely, depressingly common for people to jump to assuming the worst about others, and I think we all need to take a step back and consider the evidence before casting judgement. I understand that most probably just hit like or comment without thinking further. But you should be asking questions and remaining skeptical if the accuser can’t prove their claims, especially when it’s accusations this serious. Victims already struggle to be taken seriously, and every false accusation makes it worse. We need to stop people like OP from making light of the issue by throwing the word “predator” around just to make you hate someone they personally dislike. They should not be able to get away with their only source being, quite literally, “source: trust me bro.” This is unfortunately not the first instance I’ve seen something like this happen, and I am deeply disappointed that OP, being a victim themselves, would do this, but you can never underestimate how low people are willing to stoop when they dislike someone.
To OP, who may never read this: Please grow and change as a person. I do not know why you did what you did, or why you hate Raven so much to resort to this, but regardless of your reasons, your actions were disgusting and vile. I will not sugarcoat it. You still do have a chance to own up and take accountability, however, and that is entirely up to you to demonstrate whether you’re someone who can admit to their mistakes. As much as I do not want to forgive you (nor is it really up to me), people deserve second chances, the same way TWST has been trying to teach us. However, I will warn you in advance: do not expect a response or forgiveness if you do. You must do it solely because you are choosing to do the right thing, regardless of what response you get, even if none at all - no likes, no reblogs, no replies.
If after all of this you still refuse to take any accountability, then excuse me for dropping my manners for a second, but you are a toxic, pathetic, and hateful liar, and you should not be welcomed into any fandom spaces. You think the phrase “predator” is a convenient term you can call anyone you don’t like. You seem to thrive on causing someone else pain and distress just so you can get attention for it. It should be common sense that you treat people the way you wish to be treated, so I hope everything you do unto others happens to you too, and that you one day experience what it’s like to have someone slander you and accuse you of things you never did. I hope you’re at peace with being potentially remembered in the TWST fandom as “that person who invents lies to slander people just to farm engagement and clout,” even though I see you trying to make a name for yourself via art. If I had to give you the benefit of the doubt, I’d assume the fic was written by someone else and you confused it for Raven. But your actions afterwards to actively try to cancel her this desperately are yours and entirely yours alone. It’s a shame that your art’s actually decent, because knowing that the artist behind it behaves this way makes me feel ill seeing it. Were the likes worth it? Next time time, I’d rather see you earn clout the normal way with your art. Take this chance to do better.
Am I being really harsh? Perhaps. But for someone to do something this malicious, I think some degree of harshness is warranted for them to understand just how evil the thing they did was. It is not a lighthearted matter. And I am assuming OP is an adult, given how they admit to creating suggestive content, so they should be more than capable of understanding what they’ve done. When there are actual children who get groomed online, and they are here wasting people’s time with empty accusations of someone being a predator - with their best arguments being “she lets minors into a (clearly SFW and properly moderated) discord server” and “she talks about shirtless dudes” - they need to understand how deplorable and unacceptable this is.
As a bonus for the irony, this is in big letters on OP’s blog intros & TikToks:
I suppose it’s “rules for thee and not for me,” since the moment they saw something that offended them, they decided the best course of action was to launch a smear campaign to ruin someone’s reputation. They can call someone a “predator” for no reason, while also requesting people to not use the word “colonizer” as a buzzword (they have TikToks about this) because they ship Lilia x Dawn Knight and Baur x Dawn Knight, which some would consider colonizer x victim. Normally I would not care whatsoever what other people ship, but this is so incredibly hypocritical that I had to mention it.
That is all. Take care everyone, stay safe, and don’t believe everything you read on the internet so easily. There are too many things out there designed to upset you so you quit thinking, and you must learn to recognize that and not fall for it.
A canon interracial couple exists "I just don't see their chemistry" proceeds to fanon ship [insert white character] instead, claiming they have more of a connection.
"It's not their skin color, I just don't like them for some reason, btw, here are my top 5 [insert white actors] I think are better suited"
"Not everything is about race". They say, as they prop up every white character over any character of color.
"Please stop bring race drama into the fandom". Which translates to, I'm comfortable in my racism and don't appreciate any criticism, thanks!
White person, "Yeah, I wrote character of color as an animal, doesn't make me racist".
"I love character of color, here's a fic where they act like as [insert white characters] servant/therapist".
Character of color is such a bad friend for having opinions of their own/taking care of themselves instead of putting their friend [insert white character] first.
A character of color is morally ambiguous or a villain, gets redemption arc. "They're awful and haven't been condemned enough of their crimes". Stans [insert white characters] who did the exact same crimes or was a villain who's redemption arc is praised.
"Can't believe that character of color had the nerve not to die as a selfless sacrifice for [insert white character]".
"POC actress/actor is too ethnic and they'd ruin the character".
"I haven't seen racism in the fandom therefore it isn't there".
"Character of color is the main character of the show sure, but let's be honest, everyone came for [insert white character]
"Character of color is alright but I can only relate to [insert white character]".
Feel free to add more, that you've come across. Sadly, it all runs together after awhile of being in a lot of fandoms. Special shout out to all who helped me with these comments!
I think it's insane that even in the most leftist and "progressive" spaces the idea of equating morality with looks is alive and present and no one fucking bats an eye at it. like racists and mysoginysts are always portrayed as fat and hairy and generally unkept, as a contrast to the morally good and attractive leftists of course; people will have no problem being genuinely fucking awful about someone's appearance if they're deemed to be a "bad person". and the worst part is you point all of this out and people act like you're reading too much into things like no dude you gotta start using your brain more
I will vote for any candidate who promises to go scorched fucking earth on every tech company. Break every single one of them up into companies based around a single product and then split those in thirds. Weaponize existing antitrust laws to the hilt and pass the most draconian versions of them ever seen on this planet. Nationalize google search specifically. Pass consumer privacy protections strict enough to kill the data harvesting industry for good. Make all of these fuckers go bankrupt for this rent-seeking shit
