Arrived at Uncle Ron's home in Melbourne yesterday. And it's a chilly 11 degrees outdoors. And what's the brilliant thing we both did? He made laksa and we both sat outside on the front porch in the freezing cold to eat. And man... Piping hot Laksa in cold weather is unbelievably sublime!! And yah... You heard that right.
