The following text post from yesterday and the coming days is a series of self reflections , as i am working on healing wounds that i never truly healed only masked to not exist when they came up

over and over agin in different ways but always the same issues

Saw something that said basically , someone who loved you and cared about you deeply making the decision to cut you off and never speak to you again speaks volumes . I was instantly hit with an awareness i didn’t have before of actions that took place that led me in certain positions , past patterns. always thought it happened because a lack of care . i only cared about my feelings and how everything effected me and never stopped to think how my actions effected others.
