hi! i see you talk about reusable pads and it really got me interested but i have sensory issues and i feel like the pads will trigger it. do you have any other brands/product that you would suggest? thank you!
hii thanks for messaging me! yes i highly suggest you try “premium organic cotton pads” from cariona (same brand i got my other reusable pads from). the premium organic cotton pads are made from combed cotton and i love that it doesnt slip nor move as much as the other reusable pad. i also like that i can use it while wearing leggings and its not noticeable. i hope this helps!
@suspend can you please post a side by side comparison of both pads?
@everydayforkeeps sure! the left one is the regular bamboo charcoal pad while the right one is the premium organic cotton pads
*edited: added links for reference
The Cariona pads are so soft and comfortable I can forget I’m wearing them. I regularly have itching issues and I tried using regular panty liners. They didn’t help. Then I tried these and the itching is so much better, especially at night. So cheaper (in the long run), and all those pads rotting away in the garbage are no longer an issue.
Tumblr convinced me to buy the trial pack of these and I’m in love. I also have sensory issues and I never realized just how rough and uncomfortable my disposable pads were until I tried these. Definitely worth it, especially if you can get a few on sale to try out before going all in
I have severe sensory issues too (mainly ab textures!) and I fuckin love my cariona pads. They’re very soft, smooth, and easy to forget ur wearing them. I got the trial pack n honestly that shit was life changing. I don’t have severely painful period cramps anymore, too.
