Hey!Welcome to the chikn nuggit confessions blog!

Currently, the only mod on this blog is pondsk8er (me), so I may be a little slow at posting all you guy’s confessions!

Here are the rules!

1.No NSFW, under ANY circumstances.I am a minor.I don’t want to see, nor interact with that stuff.

Sexual jokes/innuendos, swears and mentions of gore are okay, as long as they’re tame enough for a 13+ audience.(NO SLURS!)I want everyone on Tumblr to be able to safely interact with this blog!

2.NO discriminatory behaviour.(Homophobia, racism, transphobia, ect.)This is a safe place for the LGBTQ+ community, and for everyone of every race.

3.Try to keep it chikn nuggit related!Anything that isn't related to chikn nuggit will be tagged with #notaconfession.

Cofi sucks as a character i genuinely do not like her at all. Shes sort of cute with chee, but I especially hate her dynamic with iscream. Idrk. I like the sheep in wolfs clothing concept, but i feel it was badly executed. Its supposed to be like "acts scary but is kind" but shes just sorta... not either???

No hate to anyone who likes her, I just think shes sorta edgy? She annoys me 🧍‍♂️

After the demigod arc concluded I’m so sad my brain doesn’t care as much about this show anymore, as much as I like Onyn’s character.

(This and most of the other confessions are from 2025.Oh my god.

I know Chee apologized later but I still am rolling my eyes hard at how she initially handled breaking Chikn out of his demigod form/chaos spiral/ending armageddon. Especially when the show in part is about having healthy relationships and communication.

I’m not saying Chee has to be perfect. I wouldn’t have even minded if she still had said that abrasive “why are you acting like this?” stuff because I know people who actually say shit like that, especially in high-tense situations. That’s a character thing.

I mean story wise you can not tell me her saying “KNOCK IT OFF!” and PUSHING her best friend actually worked and halted the end of the world. Be fr. (Paralleling Chikn’s demigod-ness/arc to mental health issues as I’ve seen many do also makes this solution rub into the wrong way harder for me as well.) Also beyond that since I’d been following to series closely for a while it all felt so anticlimactic. Sudden stop. So wish they had a conversation right then and there

tbh, slushi is my least favourite character

they leaned WAYY too hard into the « quirkyness » of her, and it got old FAAST

It’s basically her only character trait besides being the “nice” one, and they never allow her to have actual character flaws, all so she can stay “adorkable”

They even made her the first one to notice something off about chikn during the demigod arc before he snapped (Fwench Fwy and Iscream TRIED to help him at first, but ended up getting distracted) and have the most understandable reason (babysitting Sody Pop) to ignore him, likely to make her look less guilty compared to the others

It’s like they needed everyone to be dismissive of Chikn during the arc to make it work, but they didn’t wanna truly make Slushi have flaws so they gave her the best excuses to ignore him

i was hoping onyn would be evil and have honestly lost interest in him kind of with his whole "im acktually a good guy wanting to save the world" deal. also it makes no sense. like why would onyn be sad about the APOCALYPSE ending (the inherently bad thing, that he would KnOW is a bad thing because he's apparently researched this) when he wants a "good" apocalypse
