oh yeah I had a doctor's appointment the other day and my pulse was apparently 97 when they took at after I sat down. uhm. my resting is like mid to low 60s. all I did was walk the very short walk from the waiting room to the exam room with a brief stop at the scale (ew). but I think that adds to my case for pots. maybe not the full 40 but damn near it
