This is a very old piece that perhaps I ought to redo one day. Add even more circles and more π.

MarioFlake. Commission/request piece made as a prize for a contest many years back. 1-Up mushrooms and piranha plants, and some jaggy supposed-to-look-kinda-pixellated linework as background filler to hold all the other elements together. Hand-cut out of a piece of A4 printer paper using a Veritas carving knife with a #15 scalpel blade.

Gift for a friend of his favourite starter Pokémon. Turtwig sandblasted into a piece of green aventurine, with the lines filled with black porcelain paint.

Vulpix necklace pendant. Design sandblasted into goldstone and the lines filled with glow powder. Looks white in daylight, glows orange in the dark.

I was sitting on this stone for years, waiting for the right project idea to come along. Very happy with the results.
